He seems to think a suit is a simple series of 1-for-1 motions, back and forth. I file a motion, you file a response, I file a response, back and forth until the judge makes a ruling. Then you get a motion, I get a response, etc.
I wonder if it really is as simple as the number of motions. Like if this were one motion requesting multiple things, like you can do in a lot of state courts, I wonder if he'd just he like "this is kind of long, but ok". Maybe even make a reasonable request for an extension that might get granted.

Is it me, or is Russ confusing a forum non conveniens motion to transfer venue under 28 usc 1404 with a 12b3 motion to dismiss for improper venue?

I only skimmed quickly, but he seems to go into "improper venue" (as a defense to suit) caselaw*, when that wasn't the basis for the transfer. Iirc, Null's motion did not argue the venue was improper, only that there was a more convenient (and equally proper) forum available, and that was the basis for the Order.

That would explain the odd argument that you can't request a different forum after your initial answer.

* I didn't read the cases he cited, but the language he used suggests so.

There's only one cow with the right mindset, rage, physical prowess and debilitating need for cash to run collections for Null, and that's one Bossman Jack.

I do, however, concede that the collections making it from the collectee to Null might be problematic.
Imagine Bossman and Greer slugging it out in court, uninterrupted by the RAT LAWYERS! BMJ for Null and gambling, Russell for prostitutes and lawsuits.
The PPV would do millions. Everybody wins!

Does Greer own a computer?
He's previously published photos of his hovel showing a computer desk behind his Seduction Sofa.

It seems like he constantly makes typos that only a phonefag would make
Turns out Russell is talented enough to make them at a full sized keyboard.

greer seems so invested in this case, i think if he loses he might actually kill himself over it
It's the one time in his life he almost eeked out a win. Almost. He is so invested in that 10th Circuit bullshit appeal decision. But he can't grasp that his pro bono lawyers used him to get what they wanted, then hung him out to dry. Because he is repulsive. I'm sure they intended to cut ties with him for any other litigation when he tried to drag them into his America's Got Talent bullshit without asking.

i find it really special that russell claims he moved away from Utah to escape all the KF stalkers, when he was tremendously vocal about moving to Vegas to be closer to brothels (edit: and his eminent stardom). with all the money he’s certainly saving in bus trips, he certainly could have afforded a lolyer willing to take his money at risk of their own reputation.

He actually said multiple times in the past that he moved to Vegas because he was positive he would win AGT and wanted to be closer to where he would inevitably be doing concerts.
