Man chinks dominating the merch market is terrible for humanity. They're almost always scammers which we've seen play out in this thread at least 3 times in the past few months. Or there's zero quality control.
I am surprised at how much of a mystery Merchandising is. Is it this bad for all industries or is this just a vtuber thing?

There def seems to be to be deliberate obfuscation on how to do merch for niche industries. Including VTubers. Last thing the cliques want is for people to know how to do merch themselves it seems. Industries really don’t like new players entering the market.

The reason why every thing you own in a western country is so cheap is because someone somewhere has the unenviable job of Dealing With Chinese Bullshit(tm). It is not a job normal human beings should be expected to do, especially those who have no experience with outsourcing. The entire economy of the west depends on these people to be awake at 2 AM to yell at Chinese people over the phone to get anything done.

If fraudulent quality in hololive goods was something of an issue I could see your point but I think in all the years I've been in the fandom I've never seen complaints about the quality of goods not living up to expectations upon receiving. Lots of complaints about shipping prices and time, but never that the goods themselves were cheap shit. Which again makes your whole angle seem pointless and just autistically being upset that they didn't give you a photoshopped fake instead of a simple illustration.

It's a picture of a hoodie, any idiot knows how a hoodie generally looks, if you need a HD mockup of a hoodie to understand what a hoodie will look like you're the retard.

Kirsche recently talked about her previous day job handling insurance claims at an abusive black company. The level of stress and anxiety made her vomit multiple times every day for 10 months, until she quit and got help. She would overeat to compensate and gain weight as a result, which she later had to 'work off'. She also said that nowadays she keeps in good shape.
