The funniest part of this is Li'l Pooner giving herself away in that caption at the top of the photo. The pic is decently-angled and doesn't show much of her body, and since it's not a video where her full range of motion is displayed/her voice is heard, she actually passes somewhat okay.

Note that this all started from somebody commenting that he noticed someone in their building was ordering coffee and a bagel via doordash every day, and pointing out how wasteful and privileged that is. People felt called out by this, I'm sure Justine Barron was one of them, and said about trying to find a way to rationalize their behavior as okay, and in fact prove that the person complaining about it is the real bigot and should check their privilege instead. The argument, which seems to be getting some traction among the idiot lib set, has now morphed into any criticism of somebody literally ordering food with a premium cost associated to it every day is tantamount to attacking the poor, because a minority of people in lower income brackets also order food in once every 3 months.

The amazing thing is, you could have made the same point about the coffee-and-bagel guy just by saying "Mind your own fucking business," or "Well, you don't know what's going on in other people's lives" and moved on.

But it's like these people can't justify anything except if it's through the lens of oppression/suffering/disability/whatever. It seems so fucking exhausting. Imagine not being able to tolerate the idea of someone doing something nice or convenient for themselves, without dreaming up an excuse about how maybe they can't leave the house because their legs don't work and they have a severe PTSD reaction to anything that's not a bagel.

Even if something was happening (it's not), then it would probably a sign of some sort of negative response to the drugs. They always also report the most extreme period symptoms ever, even ones that aren't related directly to estrogen, like bowel upset. That effect comes from the prostaglandins that are produced by the breakdown of the uterine lining, which signal to the uterine muscles (and others, like intestinal muscles) to contract. The uterine lining breaks down because of hormonal signals, but variations in estrogen and progesterone levels are not what cause the cramps directly, that functions via a mechanism that is literally absent from troon physiology.

This science fetishism really is like a ritual more than anything else. They think it's a own, but it the equivalent of me saying, "there are 0 studies that say the moon isn't made of cheese". There's no direct desire to use the scientific method to analyze their experiences, it's just supplication to the science priests.
