The thing is, women are far more conformist than men, they just conform to the expectations of their peer groups. Women often try to make sure they look like "good" girls everywhere, just in America media messaging makes them say certain things so they too look "pure" and "good" and follow what they think are social expectations. Is this less about the money and more about communicating financial intentions? Well, this is still unreasonable. It would be understandable if you both had financial goals and then you end up buying a gaming PC or a new car without letting her know. But again £65 is nothing. Not even multiple £65s.

The only valid non-period explanation I can think of is that according to Manosphere/Red Pill philosophy, if a girlfriend complains about small things, it's because she's trying to find things to complain about so that she has a reason to break up with you because she's not interested in you anymore, she is trying to plant the seed in your mind so that you break up with her (she can claim victim status), or she's cheating and trying to get rid of you. But she's your wife so these reasons should be less likely hopefully.

Is it a refusal to admit they made a mistake or is it a matter of entitlement? A 30-35 year old woman can get married, can have children. Its not ideal, and neither party is without baggage/past experiences, but it can be done. The question seems to me is if the woman can accept she has experience, and accept that's not a good thing.
