So he took her to a weed dispensiary in Missouri for her 21st. I mean, there's nothing that says you can't grab some herb for your b-day, just a bit interesting that it's a "21st b-day activity" when theoretically she's been going to dispensiaries with her alleged "medical weed card" for a while now. I'm sure it's just a coincidence that one needs to be 21 to get recreational weed in MO.

I noted what AR's medical weed requirements are here, and how it doesn't seem she has any qualifying conditions. Boog's only claimed "anxiety," hasn't claimed PTSD (shockingly), as far as I know. (note there is no reciprocity between the two states' cards)

Turns out MO's medical weed requirements (only legal way for 18-20.999yr olds to get herb) are pretty similar.

For someone with such severe anxiety Dezi always seems relatively calm on camera in public in Boogie's videos, I legitimately have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and being filmed like that it would be very obvious how stressed and uncomfortable I was. Remember, she supposedly is so anxious that she only just went into a Walmart by herself for the first time the other day.

i have heard it is like this in most places where its legal too, you can say you have depression or anxiety and you are in usually without having to show any proof
i have also heard in some places they dont even ask for proof of chronic conditions, they will just take you at your word and give you the strongest shit they can script out
im not speaking on the "medical usage" of weed but the system that gives it to people is indeed a "crock of shit" imo and is easily exploited from what ive read

It is/was definitely this easy in some states. For MO/AR their "qualifying conditions" are a bit more limited (no "insomnia," no "anxiety") so it may be a bit tougher. Also depends if they need a "real" doctor referral/diagnosis, or if Stairway uses some in-house quack that rubber stamps everything.

This one is 6" and weighs 5.5kg or 12lbs for the yanks, whereas regular manhole covers range from 48" and up and as @QwahlityKahntent noted weigh 90-250lbs. It's interesting to see how Boogie's exaggeration works, that's like an 8x multiplier right there!

Even IF Boogie had been hit by this cover thrown through the window, it's doubtful it would have done much other than bounce off his enormous girth. Could have even gotten caught in a fold, for all we know.

Arkansas context incoming. The covers we have here for water shutoff are plastic. You could definitely break a window with one if you Frisbee it hard enough, but throwing it at someone will do next to nothing. The only metal covers we have for water/sewer here are actual manhole covers which as already covered are super heavy and can't be thrown unless you can pick up all the Ardblair Stones.
