He is to be disbarred the crimes of representing Donald Trump and for suggesting electors be challenged using a standard procedure invoked at least half a dozen times in the history of the republic.

The man is considered the father of the 5th circuit bench, and he had judges at the circuit level submitting briefs in his defense.
The testimony in his "trial" ran circles around his inquisitors and threw into sharp relief the nakedly partisan nature of the proceedings.

I do not know if he has remedy with the supreme court for the decisions of a state bar.

Since the stablishment has thrown away any pretense of fair play and is now just breaking rules left and right all of these cases are just ending constantly in the supreme court
