Inactive Andrew Dobson / Tom Preston / CattyN - STOP DOING SEXIST CRAP

At least he's drawing?
What's the point, though? Honestly, if he keeps going HEY IM JUST DOING THIS FOR FUN and treats every single creation as some titanic ordeal he suffered to produce, maybe it would be better to focus his efforts elsewhere.

At least his patreon backers are finally getting something, I'll give him that. I just have my doubts he'll continue to be this productive on producing art.

....did Tikki get sent to Toon World, or something? I feel like I'm watching a cartoony caricature of the character, because those eyes don't look right at all. No, Dobson, generic anime eyes are not the answer for everything. Also, I feel I should point out that the damn thing doesn't have a nose, and the antennae aren't black, either.

Also, if Marinette was Dobson's own character, I'd actually give him props for it, but since it's not and is actually based on something, I have to give it shit. First of all, that character looks closer to a 19 year old who works the night shift at Target and barely gets enough sleep. The hair is wrong as well, as is her eye colour. Also, seriously, Dobson, were you too fucking lazy to put little tiny pink dots on the whites or her sleeves and lapel?

The only thing more annoying than Dobson's halfassed art, is that "Still drawing for Inktober!" Tagline he adds to his posts.

As if it's some massive, Herculean effort, a feat beyond mere mortals, to be two weeks into a one month drawing challenge.

Anyone else would just have written: Check out my Inktober art! But Dobson just had to use it to prove his critics wrong.

But how to do that without acknowledging their existence, or letting people know that he reads their criticism? Oh yeah:

"Still drawing for Inktober! (See?!? I'm totally not lazy! Honest!!)"

Don't forgot his trademark "Never let it be said I never [INSERT BUZZWORD HERE]". He always has something to prove to his critics.

Despite the fact that he made the locks of hair on the sides of her hair look like thick sideburns, this isn't bad. I'd even go as far as to say it's somewhat cute. He at least made the bug thing look less creepy.

I'd agree if it wasn't for the mouth. He draws female mouths like they're Muppets.

Looks like Dobson's family is quite protective of him if this is all true.

Why wouldn't they? If they aren't willing to investigate Andy's activities online, it's quite likely they just go along with his narrative. Or at the very least don't want to cause a fight with his parents. I'd be willing to bet money that Momson gets a few looks of pity about her son at family gettogethers.
