Outside of heavily taxpayer subsidized automotive factories (including two new battery plants) our industry is shit and there hasn't been any major mines proposed - let alone permitted - for over a decade now. Our O&G sector is cruising too knowing new projects will be immediately thrown out by Ottawa because virtue signalling. This country has gone all in on the public sector, real estate, and immigration to a degree that would be make even the Democrats blush.
