BABSCon banned Chris, leaks emails

As far as I am aware you are allowed to refuse service for whatever reason you see fit.
Yes, they explicitly state he’d violated their code of conduct. That’s not an answer, it’s the excuse to get away with whatever it is they are doing. That’s the question, do they think he’s going to Barb the con? It’s nonsensical. WTF are they doing but farming for asspats? “I told the motherfucking tard, NO! I’m so cool, look at my framed copy. M’ lady.”
:neckbeard:

The show ended like 5 years ago, move on.
Pretty sure any media can retain a fandom for long periods of time if the fandom dripfeeds new content. Even then nostalgia kicks in and some people just want to relive their childhood. Same shit with Toontown and Club Penguin, they have no business to exist and yet they do. There are probably many more examples I didn't think of. I think Megaman was pretty much in that limbo too, but Megaman fans were still very passionate about the dude.

Anyways in MLP's case I agree with @Thumb Butler but only because I know furfags, weebs and bronies are literally the worst of the worst.

Considering his past behavior, years of documented history of his conduct with women and general sperginess?

Yes, its a fair assumption to make. What would you have them do instead?
Believe Chris' pinkie promises about how much he has grown?

I say good on them for making the right call.

Since the organization that is running the con is making a big deal about banning Chris, could Chris take some kind of legal action? Defaming his character and all that?

Not that I expect Chris to do that. Just looking at it from another angle.
The con is a private organization, they can ban whoever they want for whatever reason they want to and I don't think they made a specific citation/claim for why he was banned. Now if they went out in public and said "yeah we banned this retard who raped his own mother from the con" maybe, but then he'd have to prove he didn't do it.

It's a brony con. However banning someone who has a documented history of causing problems at cons seems fine to me. Also we should be publically shaming sex pests, being sensitive to retard faggots is why we currently live in clown world.
Agree with almost all of this. Especially public shaming, I don’t think it’s sensitivity. It’s prioritizing them (retard faggots,) that makes clown world what it is. I’m not talking about that, and it doesn’t go hand in hand. I’m talking about fairness, while trying not to make this an, “it’s about ethics in blah blah blah,” conversation. Impossible, I know, but figured I might as well try on this fine Easter Day.

You know it's bad when you're too degenerate for Bronies.

No shit. Hasbro stopped officially sponsoring the Brony convention because they keep putting up R18 sections with pornographic art work displayed to the public.
They still do brony conventions?
They are the only way introvert Bronies can buy drugs and have sex parties.

Just to be clear, the con banned Chris earlier this month between the 1st and 8th when Chris tried buying tickets. Then Chris tweeted what is essentially "fuck you for banning me." Now at the end of the month said con (which ends today I belive) has framed the emails they sent to Chris and his response almost like a trophy in the main hall of the con. All weekend guests got to see the email upscaled and in a frame like some modern art piece.

Allow his attendance and ban if he started up with bannable behavior. Case by case. It’s not as if brony conventions are filled with morally upright citizens brigades. It’s clearly run by clout horses. Honestly, I don’t know the answer, it comes across as weighted & unfair, but I’m not the moral arbiter so who the hell knows. If they’d banned Chris and not farmed it for everyone to see, I’d probably not think twice about this after the news came out. I do know that Chris getting banned or not banned from a pony con is not the great straw that shall break the camels back of moral righteousness in the world.

Prolly already been said. But I wouldn't be suprised if it's because the name is "BABScon" and if Chris went they'd get trolls making it out to be about Barbara instead of Brony shit. Unironically the name is so fucking gay and fitting for a con in fucking San Francisco

EDIT:// Also really funny for the "Second coming of Jesus" to basically infer a lot of bad shit for the directors and innocent convention goers, to then immediately go "WITH PEACE AND LOVE", Chris's lack of self-awareness when saying this shit is actually astounding, really shows how little he understands what he is saying and it's nothing more than a weapon he wields thinking people in the world will fear his words if he says this.

I hope it doesn't also culminate in another road rage incident.
Imagine being the poor bastard who, at minimum, possibly has the better part of a year derailed by auto repair costs and at worst has some life-ruining amount from medical bills thrust on them all because some fat autistic retard who fucked his geriatric mother threw a fat autistic retarded tantrum behind the wheel over being banned from a con full of fat autistic retards. Something chris would have forgotten about within the year and somehow recovered financially from in half the time. Would really make a man question if there's actually a god.

Forgive me for being super out of the loop when it comes to CWC, but when did Chris start identifying as bisexual? I thought Chris is a TRUE and HONEST lesbian; was there a profound revelation with all the myriad ducks in jail?

I understand that they can ban who they want. But they printed out the email that they sent to inform him of the ban. Along with Chris' response. Then they framed it and posted a pic of the framed emails online for everyone to see.

Usually companies keep who is banned private and its a need to know thing. Like telling the security at the place that is holding the event to look put for him. His pic ect. The fact that they made it public is what I was thinking.

Bronies managing to look more pathetic than Chris Chan is a given. Funny enough, I bet their will be people on the sex registry going to this brony convention, and the mare-logs probably aren't going to do background checks on their attendees.
