little disappointed he didn't talk more about patrick or others but it did sound like he lost steam at the end there. Regardless pretty funny and I think Metokur is justified in hammering mersh because of the sheer audacity of that loser having anything to say from his crackhead apartment. Its like if ethan ralph was trying to moralize to you about being a good dad its just too low hanging a fruit to ignore.

I was having a really, really shit night yesterday. Then saw the stream and thought it'd take my mind of feeling down. Then Jimbo started talking about his health and I had to turn it off. I feel so bad for him, man. And his wife. Terrible stuff.

I hope he's able to spoon his way into more streams so his wife will have a little nest egg, or at least no medical debt. I'll buy a fucking hat for myself for my birthday, not like you assholes ever get me anything nice.

Basically, they decided not to have children because a) he is obviously going to pass away, likely when the kids are very young; and b) having no idea what is wrong with him, there is the possibility that he genetically curses his children to end up getting whatever the fuck it is he has that's killing him.

His mom had an aortic rupture, and she lived a year after that occurred, and it sounds like Jim was the point-guy for taking care of her, setting up appointments, etc. until she passed away.
