I think Cog recognizes the momentum in interest in him as a lolcow and is just hitting the pause button hoping everyone forgets before he comes back and obsessively stalks Ethan Ralph every day. Paul might have sent Cog’s wedding photos and address to Podawful and then when Podawful was stringing it out for content, sent it to Ethan Ralph. It does seem rather strange for Paul to just show up out of nowhere. Maybe it was also sent to the Kino Casino.
