if you open an image from discord in the browser and remove the highlighted section from the url, the image will not load and you will be returned This content is no longer available. instead. if you use a link like this which is over 24 hours old it will do the same thing.
the point is i don't see any reason why you couldn't post actual message logs. you could even regex out any urls if you wanted to.
edit: i don't have anything else to say suicide is highly recommended tho
