It's a few things, but part of it is the makeup she's absolutely caked in. She's so devout that she has to wear long sleeves and cover her hair but also covers herself in an inch of foundation and lipstick and eyeshadow? It's so phony that it makes me cringe. It might be even worse if you don't consciously realize how much makeup she's wearing because her lips are a completely unnatural color. She looks like her lips are turning blue.

That's true, but these anti-Israel people make a big show of boycotting Coke, Pepsi, Starbucks, and McDonalds in particular which have far less connection than most. Pepsi and Coke both refused to do business in Israel for decades (though Coke started operating in Israel in the late 60s compared to Pepsi which didn't until the early 90s). The first McDonalds didn't open in Israel until 1993 and Starbucks was only in Israel between 2001-2003 before leaving the country completely.

I think it's idiotic to support the Palestinians, but it's beyond idiotic to support them by boycotting these brands when Israel does actually have a strong presence in the computer and and pharmaceutical industries.
