Pretty sure his gambling addiction is more self-injurious behavior than any amount of head slapping he could do. This is why having a webcam is only for retard monkey people. It is always a bad idea. At some point every streamer will get caught jacking off, show personal info, or do something retarded that's going to get them banned off their platform. I love bossmanjack content as much as anyone but it is a good example why you shouldn't have a webcam in the first place.

Any obsessive-compulsive behavior can be classified as self-harm, in the case of Austin, his gambling addiction, so the ban is right, not only does he physically harm himself and private property but he verbally abuses himself too, they are just applying the terms of the TOS. According to some sources I have, the next wave of content that will be banned are the mukbang videos that feature excessive/competitive eating, this seems to be already in full effect on Gumroad with some bans.

The only reason why Kick would care is if Austin's streams are having a noticeable effect on Stake's revenue or brand image. He is the greatest anti-gambling PSA money can't buy.

bossmanjack is the future of the gacha-sphere as many people will gamble with their hard-earned cash for pixels. I for one welcome it, its good noise to hear to while doing chores.
