Sorry for the double post . No you don't all my life with the exception for work i was make up less with heavy glasses. Not once i showed up to a date with make up . I might use clothes and some cinching to alter my body a bit . Bra wearing was and is still mega rare let alone push up bra. Mostly because i don't want to attract shallow men who are there for stocking their ego they banged something Uber hot. The time when i had to wear make up/ bras i attracted the worst possible men for myself.
It all comes down to them wanting the power to make you look/behave a certain way that benefits them in that moment.
It's great. I was so glad when I gave up wearing makeup everyday to work. Previous routine was wake up super early, gym or parkrun, shower, skin care, wait for that to settle, add makeup, then go to work. I often slept less than I should because I was trying to cram too much shit into the morning.
