Actually, Vito, the first step before you even get to the flats is hiring someone who understands perspective drawing and line weight.
That door looks like absolute garbage, it's ridiculously elongated and the single line weight (not to mention that fact that almost all the details are contained within one flat trapezoid) makes it look like it was drawn in MS Paint.
I normally wouldn't give someone so much shit about a door but given how hard you ragged on Eric July for a fucking coffee table this is inexcusable. Also that car across the street looks suspiciously like something that was traced from an asset.

ETA: I just noticed that the open/closed sign is also hanging on the outside of the door, as are the shades. This is the kind of attention to detail $80k gets you, apparently.
