Just curious? Why does she have her computer? Why does she need to get clothes so quickly? Why a different routing to Canada? Why being so certain of staying?
I wonder if they did a border hopping, brought only limited clothing, and she was refused entry. From there, she would have to fly to Canada. Frankfurt is a hub to a lot of airlines including Lufthansa and Air Canada. It is just a supposition but it would fit.

She said she didn’t have her computer. I don’t think she had one in Kuwait either. She used Salah’s.
As for the other things, who knows? But she’s always certain until she changes her mind. Although she is clearly thrilled to be home. I’m guessing it’s been hell since she’s been back (in Kuwait) and she’s just sick of it.

It wouldn’t explain Salah buying her a bidet to bring home with her though. Odd thing to be concerned about given they are an easy purchase from Amazon these days.
While some are saying the flights are cheaper, I get more pleasure thinking that maybe both Emirates and Qatar airlines told her last trip that she’d have to buy two seats for future flights, and that would probably be noted on their database. We know she only bought one seat again, because she’s a selfish cheapskate. I may have heard wrong, but it sounded like she said she didn’t care about the passengers forced to be squeezed out by her (and in this case farted on), because she’d “never see them again”.

Does anyone remember during one of her last livestreams she apparently got a notification and said she "needed to tell Salah" about it? I have a sneaking suspicion it was about her leaving to Canada now lol. When it happened, people thought it meant they were gonna travel together.

I am almost morbidly curious to know what she’s going to do for housing. I’m only half joking when I admit I feel like sneaking out after dark and taking down the 2 ‘for rent’ signs that have recently sprouted up. Luckily both units are third floor walk ups, saving me from embarrassing police charges of mischief. I doubt she can do any type of stairs at this point.
I still shudder and hope she’s priced out of anything but the most basic places, (she is), because I live a 400 yard hurple from a half dozen fass fud places and a good grocery store that opens early and closes late.

We'll probably never know but she flew Air Canada so she either couldn't afford Emirates or Qatar Air or her mom bought her the ticket for her birthday. She doesn't seem upset enough to be deported but her mood could be her utter delight at being surrounded by unlimited junk food, weed, and she can drive again. She claimed that it was because the flight on Air Canada was "easier". She had a 4-hour layover in Germany as opposed to a 1-hour layover in Doha so she claimed it was easier on her. I smell bullshit, though. I'm suspecting it's something beyond her control like a visa issue because it happened so fast and she seems resigned to something. She's acting a little different. Who knows? As for the clothes, maybe the bidet (?) Scatlah bought her took up all the room in her luggage. And I see that her mom has been shopping for her as evidenced by the old lady getup she's wearing now.
BTW Prince Charmin is a real wet blanket. Giddy Chantal was rapidly replaced by pensive, sad Chantal the minute he entered the chat. Get lost, Shitlord, you're ruining her buzz. I wonder if she's going to record complaining to St. Hubert's for forgetting her Nashville Chicken Strips as if her meal-for 4 wasn't enough.

Okay, that said, Chantal's going to need the luck of all the millions of her cockroach ancestors at her back if she's going to find a place to live that she can afford, and that will be willing to rent to her, given her credit history. She and Peetz lucked into the villa because of the pandemic, and because their combined incomes and his credit rating were just good enough. But everything's changed—rents have gone way up, according to FFG, and Chantal was already well aware of that back at Christmastime.
Maybe she expects to start making a lot more money, now that she can beeze freely; maybe she thinks she's going to make more interesting content, and get her viewership back. But she's so much sicker and less mobile than she was during her Crackhead Olympics glory days, and we've already seen the kind of Canadian content she's capable of making now—she was boring as fuck when she was back home in December.
She can say she's getting Sam back all she likes, but she has to find a place to live first, so I'm not worried about him. Right now, it's all just another episode of Chantal Says Shit, and there's no point in worrying about it until it somehow, miraculously, happens.
I'm on the fence as far as why she's back: visa issues, or the pressing need for free health care? I'm more inclined to think it's the former; she's still on good terms with Salah, and longs to go back to Kuwait eventually. And I think that if it was a serious health scare, she would have mentioned seeking a GP so she can get referred for specialist medical care (not just a useless appointment with a therapist that she has lined up).

That leads me to a question I’ve been forgetting to ask of those with knowledge of such things; assuming her Kuwait marriage was/is real and “legal” what is her marital status in Canada? Does it count?
Not that it would ever happen, but purely hypothetically, say Gunt wanted to marry someone in Canada, would she be required to obtain an official divorce in Kuwait first?

No, the picture I'm thinking of did not have her in a hijab. I'm pretty confident in this. I think maybe "flowery" isn't too accurate but I think the shirt she wore was patterned.

I know that she said that she can’t stand the heat in Kuwait, but it has not been that hot yet. Thus why now? It could be that she needed to do a visa run and decided to go to Canada now instead of waiting for month or two. I do not think it is for health care and unless her problems are immediate and severe, she forget about any physical problems. How about ramadan? Our pious Miriam has suddenly forgot about it. I bet the koran has been left in the flat. Most leases in Canada are for a year, so till next April when it is getting hotter in Kuwait. So, if she returns, it will not be before fall 2025. The Kuwait arc is probably dead. I bet Salah hopes that Chantal will fill the immigration form soon.
