Estate trusts are very much a thing and can be administered in a variety of ways. I've always said Bossmom and Ratdad would have to be retarded to not have one. Given the trouble Ratdad has with a hanging a door, hiring a competent attorney seems well beyond his means. Anyone as not handy as him is usually smart enough to have someone else do their odd jobs and I bet Bossmom gets upset at the thought of keeping anything from her precious baby boy. Who knows if they even have done any end of life planning. I'm willing to bet it's boilerplate and doesn't really help the situation if they have.

In a perfect world, that home would come under non-Bossman ownership but he would be permitted to live there, gambling and raging in his room like always, a modern-day garden hermit (tl;dr rich people used to pay men to live on their estates and act like whimsical fairy-tale hermits for their amusement).
He has the bad habit of rehashing the same pictures/videos on his IG, showing off the same stuff that he bought once when he was up (yeezes, coins, bong) and telling the same stories over and over while he's waiting for someone to
him. If you cut these stuff and the waiting screen time his streams would be less than five minutes most of the times. Still, I'm here for the whole Bossman experience.

Austin's story is his parents own property that had natural gas discovered on it. They get checks from the gas company for it. Someone busting their ass for a house that nice to get woken up a half dozen times every night by their pos addict son destroying it would not be so chill.
