hate to break it to you but even men can lactate under the right circumstances, such as in taking an excess amount of drugs that induce lactation. It's called male galactorrhea in most circumstances. It'll never be as high of a volume as an actual mother produces after childbirth, though, no matter the drug cocktail to induce it.

Male galactorrhea is usually accompanied by gynecomastia and is a symptom of an underlying condition like testosterone deficiency, serious hormone imbalance, conditions of the pituitary gland, tumors, cancer etc. The thing lactated from the gynecomastic manboob is not milk, it's the body screaming as hard as it can that there's something very wrong going on. It’s not HRT, nothing is being replaced. It’s cross sex hormones. No real woman gets prescribed domperidone where I live - it has a significant risk of cardiac problems and it passes to the baby as well, and can also cause cardiac problems in the baby. Pretty much any drug that’s present in serum will cross to the baby in a woman’s milk, which is why women are told to pump and dump with a single use of the morning after pill. Trannies though? This is a not just a male symptom though. I know a women who was a psych case and got galactorrhea as a side effect from taking an antipsychotic (risperidone). She had no kids and never been pregnant, so would you feed her "milk" to a child?
