That may be fine if you plan on being a NEET for the rest of your life, but if you don't then at some point you're going to have to find a job, and I'd imagine even being put on probation for assault will impact that negatively.
I know jerry doesn't understand that since he believes having a youtube account and a patreon is a job but you don't need to fuck over your own audiences futures, let alone your friends.

What Jerry needs is to get a real job, have a shitty boss that'll treat him like shit, have horrible hours, and his internet cut off from him so he can get a taste of real life.
Who knows? Maybe interaction with people who just want to get by in life with no malicious intent will cause him to realize that he's the one that's been a piece of shit the entire time.
Or maybe he'll return to acting like an edgy little chickenshit and blame everyone else when they get sick of his acidic personality.

Basically /cow/ is theorizing that the swatting thing was fabricated since the authorities kindly waited at the door for someone who they received knowledge was holding hostages. If I'm being honest, I call bullshit, because Jerry said that whoever runs the housing "buzzed" the authorities in, which sounds backwards as fuck if he was swatted for a HOSTAGE situation.
