It's actually a little more serious then just the SCotUS cucking out. The DNC and it's legal lackeys have spent the last 2 years charge, disbarring and eliminating anyone in the justice system who defended Trump, pushed any suit for looking into the election or even one poor bastard who was simply hire to defend a Jan 6'er. He was disbarred for "failing to meet and maintain proper ethical standards" for defending his client.
The DNC and it's lackey PAC's have been super busy busting anyone who dared to speak out about the election and it went almost 100% under the radar because so much of it was just lawyer ethics complaints that were so laughable but somehow they lost their case and end up either sanctioned so harshly or straight up disbarred.
It's a very very serious issue that getting zero attention by anyone but the way it looks now if the 2024 election is somehow even more "secure" there will be no one left in the Justice system who either wants to dispute it or would dare to bring it before a court.
To my mind this is far more serious then anything done by some congress critter as the whole institutions of the US rely on a at lest somewhat impartial court system but now the Dems have made it clear you don't fuck with them no matter who you are or they will take your ass down.

They're not being hypocritical. Their belief is post-modernist based. They believe in power. Gaining it over you, taking it away from you. There's no double standard to their attempts to destroy your culture and history, since the only thing in mind is "destroy your history" and literally everything else is backsourced from that end result.
It's a religious based belief system. They're calling you a heretic and sinner that should burn. They don't need a logical thesis about WHY you're a sinner, they just need to scream at you until you flinch long enough for them to light the match.
In a sane world the Christians would be screaming back. Unfortunately, they've been effectively destroyed in the west. So we'll have to wait until the Islamists gain enough power and start launching these assholes off buildings when they start screaming about how "real Islam allows women to speak in public" or something.

I still see Christian churches outside and services being offered every Sunday/Tuesday with the tax exempt privilege of taking people's money for whatever reason. Meanwhile, Christianity lacks the spine to defend their own faith by fedora wearing manchildren because their faith dictates they "turn the other cheek."

That's the truly pathetic part. We aren't being conquered by islam, we just surrendered without lifting a finger. It always goes back to how insane everything is compared to most of human history. Never in any sort of situation has allowing some stranger from some strange land come in without vetting into your land ever been considered desirable or expected, at most some merchants that come in, buy and sell and fuck off. That millions coming through the border or accepting millions of "refugees" is not replied to with "sink their ships and those who live pass them through the sword" would be considered insane by any sort of empire, nation or fiefdom outside of the last 100 years and even then, it's only our western retards which suck this shit up, try to pull that shit in India or China, good luck with that. And yes, I'm very fucking aware of the small hat tribe's role in this, which baffles me how they are so keen to genocide them when they get a casus belli but don't let the rest of the western world get into the action as well before they hit their borders.

Yes and no. Their actual intent was for the protesters to chimp out enough to blow those pipe bombs that nobody wants to talk about anymore and have an excuse to go full scorched earth on the right and absolutely smother any fight from the Republican party. Turns out the peaceful protester was actually peaceful (unlike how theirs were) and that plan fizzled. It may make them think they can get away with stealing it without repercussions, and from a legal standpoint, it's definitely free for them to steal it. But I'm still holding up a bit of hope that methods outside of the judicial system will take action once the election is stolen again.

Nah, you're not gonna even need to wait that long. The delightful thing about them is that while they have the convictions of fanatics, they are beholden to a doctrine that changes - sometimes hilariously - in real-time, and constantly leaves massive numbers of them out in the cold as apostates. Every time this happens, a few of these people get a cold wake-up call that the ideology does not give a single solitary fuck about them as people, and once this sinks in, a few of those few fuck off forever. It's a slow process, and a gradual one, but it results in a very interesting dynamic over time.
Put aside how prevalent their shit gets pushed in every avenue - from a simple numbers game, the assclowns that are true believers to this degree are a minority. Not only a minority, but an absolutely tiny one. You can see just how tiny when the numbers are actually unvarnished. Even at the height of their power, they never had anything close to the numbers to move the needle on issues. You need look no further than any major cause they've ever attached themselves to and see how badly they get blown the fuck out barring unforeseen circumstances when numbers actually are allowed to show up. They're not popular, never have been, never will be, and are a walking, talking advertisement for their opposition, much as the moral majority clowns of the 90s were - only these clowns are infinitely worse, because they don't even have the spectre of a moral argument behind them, just shrieking and self-righteousness.
Fucking no one likes these assholes, and they all know it. There's a reason that when you compare the communities of these activist turds to their direct equal and opposites, their opposition usually casaully reaches a numbers ratio of 10 or 20 to 1. During cultural flashpoint events, the only reason they could maintain narrative was because of institutional platform control allowing them to basically deprioritize their critics. Apparently, when your opponents outnumber you by a factor of 20 to 1 or more, it becomes damn hard to fabricate a public opinion cascade without weighting the scales. They back this with shameless, frankly ridiculous use of botting, and they get caught doing it all the fucking time to generate the illusion of a mandate they will never, in a thousand years, fucking have.
That, as we say, is the big secret of these shitheads: that they never have and never will have the numbers needed. They can only fake it.
They fake it with institutional support, but a lie will ultimately always remain a lie at the end of the day.

The Dollar General closest to my house raised most of their prices to $1.50 a couple years ago, and about 1/3rd of their shelves are empty as they no longer can carry a lot of products that they used to at that price point. While I don't rely on them for my day to day shopping, it's a nice business to have around. They're great for little stuff like cleaning supplies and birthday cards. The same bottle of dish soap at the Safeway next door is 3-4x more expensive for the same brand.
What's really fucking with me is the increasing cost in thrift stores. This is somewhat the fault of gay rights advocate and rapper, Macklemore. He filmed the music video for "Thrift Shop" at a Seattle 2nd hand chain outlet called, Value Village. The song went viral and a bunch of rich hipsters started shopping at Value Village. Within a couple months of the song being released, the prices at Value Village shot up. A $5 pair of jeans with a fucked up zipper was now $25. I got into an argument with their pricing manager over a Rolling Stones Live record that was warped and had a shredded up paper sleeve. They were asking $40, and I showed them an Ebay listing where I could buy the same album in mint condition, still in the plastic, for $14. They refused to match the price. Obviously this has only been made worse by covid, and a lot of the Value Villages around me have since closed. Once hipsters stopped shopping there, they started going bust because they had priced out the homeless already.
All the cheap places are going away while the PCC, QFC, and Metropolitan Market (hyper expensive grocery retailers in rich neighborhoods) are the only places left to shop. While the middle class grocery stores are being robbed into oblivion by shoplifters, the expensive places have private armed security teams that will follow you around the store if you look like you make less than 200k/year. I guess that's the type of service you can afford when you're selling $17 squeeze bottles of mayonnaise.

And now Kroger (QFC, Fred Meyer) wants to buy Albertsons/Safeway. If that happens, Kroger would have a total monopoly over traditional middle-class supermarkets here. The only non-Kroger options within a reasonable driving distance of me would be getting my wallet raped at PCC or dealing with inconsistent selection at Grocery Outlet.
