Weird thing is that he does have some good points, since a lot of blu-ray transfers do suffer from bad video and audio, but his weird autistic behavior is really funny to watch, though you have to sift through his frequent uploads to find the gold nuggets.

Kind of an interesting cautionary tale for creative types. Ran into a guy who has been obsessed with video editing tools from a young age.

15 years ago he made this video.

Fastforward fourteen years later and he was still making the same content.

In this video he gets a funny comment:
I enjoy this guy like I enjoy Horatio from CSI:Miami. He's intolerable but his love of what he's doing makes it comically enjoyable. Especially at 3:30. I feel like "I should be leaving now but I can't."

What's interesting to me is that you have this guy obsessed with making video editing tutorials who stayed at the same exact skill level throughout his channel's history. The equipment improved, the software improved, but his ability as a filmmaker would chart as a flatline.

I'm actually sad to see he finally gave up his 14+ year consistent upload schedule. But I think there's a couple lessons to learn from this harmless autistic guy.

1. Tools are just tools. Artistically obsessing over your software/equipment doesn't mean a thing if you don't put the work in,

2. Don't believe every retard that uploads a tutorial on youtube. There are a lot of less autistic professional experts giving out poor advice and making a killing off it.

There is an interesting character named Jen Cheng who lives in Tallahassee Florida. He is infamous for two main things. 1.) Spamming scam emails/Scamming the Magic the gathering community. 2.) Obsessively posting schizo content to social media.

For over a decade, Jen has sent out mass emails trying to get people to buy fake magic cards, sell non existent magic cards for him, sent him money for fake gift cards and so on. It is entirely possible if you are reading this email that your spam folder has at least one email from him over the years. Whether he has ever had any success with his scuffed email scams is unknown, but unlikely considering he lives in the ghetto. He is banned from most local gaming shops in his town.

At some point, he decided to start posting to social media. His favorite format seems to be 30 second to one minute videos of himself staring at the camera, sometimes doing something like shaving, sometimes mouthing the words to songs, sometimes doing nothing. He has over two dozen channels of this nature, and probably a thousand or more videos total between all social media platforms.

As a bonus, he ventures into the danger-to-society territory through his stalking some random girl at a ballet studio in Tallahassee, and posts videos of himself doing so. For whatever reason, his mother or some other older female accompanied him on some of these trips. Posts to the Magic the gathering trade forum (link below) from people who know him irl suggest he is a violent individual. One poster says he bought a gun due to specific threats from Jen.

From what I can tell he doesn’t interact with anyone online, so isn’t exactly a lolcow. Although it’s possible he would interact if anyone ever contacted him, but his channels seem to have no real subscribers (bogged) by and large and his videos are unwatched.

I went down the Post 10 YouTube rabbit hole. He's super critical of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation because, in his mind, they are idiots who don't understand how to properly install and maintain drainage systems. In one video he says he went "over the heads of DOT, directly to the governor's office" to get them to fix a drain.

Quality content. Highly recommended.

Shit goes way deeper than that.

He goes on multiple day road trips trawling New England looking for culverts to unclog. Dude also keeps a pet leech that he he feeds his own blood to straight from his arm. He has a second channel where he collects vintage food cans from the 20th century and has tons of videos of him opening decades old canned goods and even eating some of them. He also owns some random abandoned cargo van in the woods that he converted into a cabin of sorts, complete with a woodstove. A lot of these videos also show him cooking things that seem both odd and tasty, sort of like Featureman. There's honestly so much weirdness about this guy that it's hard to list them all.

It's also very rare for anybody other than him to be in one of his videos, to the point where it's almost jarring to see another human in them.
He seems to have/had a girlfriend that fans in the comments referred to as "ghost 10", but she's usually just in the background. She's just sort of there while he's doing his thing.

And I should clarify I mean absolutely none of this in any kind of negative way. It's just some eccentric autist filming his abnormal hobbies and showing them off to the internet. It's entertaining as fuck and I've been subbed to his channel for multiple years. Maybe I'm just on the same wavelength of autism as he is or something, but his videos are just unbelievably comfy to watch. He seems to be pretty smart and resourceful as well as a genuinely good-natured guy, too good to ever be a full fledged lolcow. Based culvert autist.

First time posting - don't really know how to format a thread (probably not worth to be honest because I think the dust's settled on this for the most part) but I haven't seen many people talking about this person at all, even during their most active days, so figured I'd post about it in retrospect here because I still find some of these videos and old forum posts funny. There was this person called DrPepper10 that interacted with the Garry's Mod RP community a lot (maybe still, haven't really checked on them in a while). They were a semi-notorious, dysfunctional, self-admitted pedophile "troll" that got banned from a bunch of RP servers for underage ERP.

From what I've seen, most of the sub-communities that are aware of his existence are split on whether he's a pedophile or a troll based off their interactions with him, with some convinced he's just playing it up for attention and others convinced he's completely serious. He's often times mentioned he's autistic, maybe that's why?

This is one time where I can actually contribute; from what I understand, he used to be a long-term contributor to LDDB (laserdisc database) but at some point he suffered some kind of a medical problem, most likely a stroke, that drastically affected his personality and he became moody and irate. He eventually got banned after picking a fight with a random user for pointing out the bizarre obsession with his cat's shitbox, which lead to him just going completely apeshit on everybody who tried to calm him down in what was apparently quite colorful language, including the site owner himself. I think he tried to spam the forum afterwards through new accounts but it was pretty obvious it was him.

I do find a great deal of irony in the fact that he used to talk shit about the blu-ray.com forums, only to pretty much exclusively post there now.
