Gonzalo even made a list of Pro-Russian propagandists including a local mayor who either went missing or were killed. Russia was actively taking over parts of the Ukraine killing hundreds of Ukrainian men. The Ukrainians will killing at least a dozen of their own pro-Russian (probably ethnically Russian) Ukrainian agitator citizens.
It was a full blown existential fight for Ukraine's very existence and their very lives. The propaganda war was in full swing. Meanwhile this useful idiot was spouting Russian talking points, demoralizing Ukrainians, Had the Ukrainians listened to CRP, they would have simply given up their whole country.
Of course the last time Russia took over Ukraine, they called it The Holodomor, everyone was forced to join the communist party, starved, they HAD to turn to cannibalism to survive, and that is painting a pretty rosie picture of what was done to them.
If CRP continues to run his mouth, it may encourage other Ukrainians to run their mouths in the same pro-Russian way. And those people will just have to end up dead in this war zone. Best to put a stop to CRP so you have to kill fewer citizens, the easy way or the hard way. But he had to stop.
