I have never seen it brought up in any other situation than men pulling an "I am uncomfortable when we are not about me" when women talk about rape, and barging in to blurt "Well, what about male victims?!"

Even if this happenend male and female psychology are different, the physical act is complete different so wouldn't be fair put this in the same category. Plus i thinkt that most men would be more worried about having to pay child support to a random crazy woman than with the act or any potential trauma that may caused.

This was how I came to understand it myself. With women raping men it seems to involve manipulation/coercion rather than brute force. We also don't know a whole hell of a lot about it because men don't generally report being raped, and men who are actually traumatized don't usually talk about it publicly.

Yes men can get raped. It likely almost never happens, or at least is never 100% on the woman, but in theory, a man can get raped.

For example, if a dude is married, gets black out drunk assuming nothing could possibly happen, and some woman decides she wants to that mans nut, it's entirely possible she hops on the mans dick and gets that nut while the man thinks it's his wife.
