The part that bugs me is that much like DSP, Reviewtech has self-appointed himself as Management.
In the two-year-old video, he mentions "having people" to take care of the kids. He doesn't. He's taking advantage of his senior parents.
I wouldn't be surprised if Rich thinks he is the savvy businesman who keeps the house alone, meanwhile his geriatric caretakers "adult" around him while he screams at his ceramic chickens.

That is a bit of a misunderstanding.
The Youtube comment by "MichelleSoGucci" was a joke about RTU sending a superchat using that name to Jay before (confirmed by the payment email).
PPP and Andy were making fun of RTU complaining on Twitter about that parody Youtube comment.
