Is Nick and that SteelToe woman both righthanded? The only "normal" theory I have is:
- if they both hold phone to ear with right hand
- then they both rest a greasy dirty phone partially on their right cheek
- and yes they are both dirty and greasy looking, so a possible minor staph infection/pimple appears on the cheek and scars over time because they're fucking gross

The only viable alternative is balls slapping on the cheek.

Anyone know if Nick has commented on the Nicolae Miu case, yet? Or has he avoided because it makes him look bad?

Both Sean and Branca have commented on it. Stabbing case where teenagers harassed a Romanian-American, Nicolae Miu, on a river then drunk adults came over and it’s unclear what the inciting incident is, but Mr. Miu ended up stabbing some zoomies with one ended up dying.

Oh, I forgot. The kids called the Romanian-American a pedophile for no reason, yelled he hit a woman when a drunk woman came to yell into the guys face, and then started beating him up with 13 other people. One of the Rittenhouse Attorney’s is defending Mr. Miu.

Anyone know if Nick has commented on the Nicolae Miu case, yet?
I kinda don't want him to comment, because it would probably involve talking about bunch of zoomers wearing swimming suits, and he'd be as gross as when "joking" about that abused kid who suffered incontinence.
It is a sad case and i have a feeling both parties regret that things went so far, but Nick destroyed my willingness to hear the legal commentary from lawtubers. I keep hoping that Potentially Criminal won't turn out to be a weirdo, but I can't fool myself into believing this could never happen :(

Imagine how greasy and disgusting all their phones are. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so the very thought of all the disgusting shit they put their phones through makes me never want to touch them. Nick and this swinger gang almost certainly stink, and their phones almost certainly have bodily/coom and grease splotches all over them. You can all guess what they do with their phones in their hands, and never clean them, ever.

It's been over a year since I saw a Rekieta stream. Months since I've unsubscribed from every hanger-on and balldo-washer-- excuse me, "LawTuber." But somehow the YT algorithm must have remembered me watching the trial of some cop named Aaron on Andrew Branca's channel over a year ago, when Mr. Balldo couldn't be bothered to cover it, so 2 days ago I got this in my recommended:

(recreation, I was on my mobile)

I watched about 30 minutes of it, and found it quite nice to watch. Surprisingly, Branca has become really rather competent as a streamer.

Just now, I got this in my recommended. Defendant's testimony is still ongoing, feel free to jump in. Might want to watch the video of the stabbing first, just in case.

Notice the viewer count. This is with a 60k sub channel. The chat is moving quickly and there's much engagement going on. You know what this reminds me of? Oh yes, you do.

My point is this: the market for this type of content never stopped existing. It's still there, waiting for someone who's not fat and shit at streaming to capture it. Sorry, Sean, and by "shit at streaming" I don't just mean the technical side of things.

Here's hoping that big money-backed channels like Law&Crime don't suck said market dry before it's too late.

The case is interesting because basically everyone, but the Romanian was drunk as shit. The prosecution witness very openly lie or portray themselves in a manner that conflicts heavily with previous statements. The defendant did throw away his knife, but I feel like that can be justified.

Sean is one of those people who’s a fat shitposter who likes 3D printing. I feel like he has good autism because he prefers tanks to 40K. His racism comes off as jokes about stereotypes rather pseudo-sexualiztion like a certain AIDS-riddled non-practicing attorney.
He seems to stream as a hobby and has a day job, time will tell if we find out he’s into weird stuff like 3D printing balldos.

Everyone is shit, just to varying degrees. Some desire to be noticed more than others. Those that wished to be noticed tend to project that they stink the least, as an appeal.

Not sure what "fat" has to do with anything.

To me, this was clear from Sean's channel already. He didn't have a metric fuckton of people watching the Rust trial, but he had enough to where the chat seemed already more engaged than what I've seen on Nick's channel. Despite working from a much smaller sub base. Sean may be rotund, but I think he's more of a pleasure to watch than Nick. Why put such a high value on the way the legal commentator looks? I think the way they act, and their selection of topic, is far more important.

Weird thing about Branca is, moreso than a lot of the others in Lawtube, he probably needs Nick the least. I've seen Donut Operator shill for Branca. Most recently during his Acorn cop video. DO has way more subs than Nick.

Sorry, Sean, and by "shit at streaming" I don't just mean the technical side of things.
I think Sean does okay. Streaming is also not his profession. Guy is an actual practicing attorney. His channel seems more like a hobby. I would cut him some slack on that basis. I liked his Rust trial streams.

I used to be somewhat judgmental towards fat people, but now i think it's way more manly and respectable to be rotund, than to be a histrionic middle-aged anorexic. At least when it comes to Sean, i can say he definitely prefers food (like we all do) over the dick (like Nick does).

Sean is falling into the thing Nick did and is just sitting there silently 99% of the time. Getting a panel together is hard but at a certain point why is he even streaming it? If i wanted to watch a trial with no-commentary I'd just watch the trial. Branca is doing way better but that is why he was a guest on cable for a decade.

The last trial of Sean's that I watched was Michelle Troconis, and I was super hooked and invested in everything that happened. Plus his commentary over the happenings was interesting.

Eventually he started just sitting quietly for really long periods of time not adding anything. Finally towards the end, he got really slow with streaming the next day/part of the trial, and I started just watching the trial stream on the actual local news channel myself, particularly with the closing arguments day, as he took forever to get to it, and I didn't want to wait anymore.

Then he didn't even do a stream covering the verdict. Granted it was only a couple hours long, but I was really disappointed, especially since he seemed so invested in the beginning.

I still like Sean, way more than Nick, but I'm starting to less. I can deal with him being less interesting (as I can simply watch him on and off), but one thing does have me concerned - he has obviously inherited a lot of Nick's former audience, and this includes the wine moms - this could pose a problem if they start trying to slide into his DMs the same way they started trying to "open up" to Nick. Now you may laugh at the idea of Sean giving in to such a thing, but how many of you here thought Nick would never be the way he is now?

Sean has been my replacement for Nick for a few months now, and I really hope he doesn't let all these new viewers get to his head.

The Steel Toe alogs also have noticed that April has some sort of mark and/or bruising on her face!
I'm going to go with a sci fi explanation. Nick is such a raging homo that he's got a Dr. Jekyll/Mrs. Hyde situation going on. Whenever his homosexual urges get too string he turns into "April." That's why he cancels shows so much and leaves his stream for long periods of time. Because he needs the cock and has turned into "April" to get the cock.

And don't bother to refute my theory by pointing out they were both in the hot tub together because I'm very good at creating bullshit excuses on the fly.

Part of that I think is Sean sometimes does real lawyer work while watching the stream and will only pause it when something weird or real stupid is said. He probably gets a little wrapped up in the work and doesn’t think to pause the stream and talk about it. Since he doesn’t like talking over the trial.

It's not even really that. It's just that I don't pick my legal shows based on how the host/commentator looks. Just like how I imagine I wouldn't chose a lawyer to represent me based on how they look. There are far more important considerations, I think. Like, for example, do they actually know what the fuck they're taking about? If I were charged in Ohio with a crime, I might want to hire Sean. Whereas I can't think of a single thing I'd ever want to hire Nick for. Not even a parking ticket.

If Nick looks the way he did today, but wasn't an awful POS, who barely knows what he's talking about, with overall unwatchable show, I think he'd be experiencing more sympathy than scorn. Look at Paul Harrell, for example. Dude is wasting away from cancer, but he was a phenomenal YouTuber who a lot of people are gonna miss when he goes.

To me, the way Nick looks is the physical manifestation of serious problems he has, and not as much the problem itself. I'm not saying don't mock Nick for looking increasingly like a meth addict. I'm just saying that's not his biggest or only problem. Remember, he still looked relatively healthy a year ago, yet was still full-on Lolcow by that point.

Just my $0.02. Sorry if this is too preachy.

That's my thought as well. I am pretty sure Sean isn't 110% invested in streaming like Nick not only wants... but needs... to be.

And yet, I think Sean's show is still more watchable. That's how bad Nick's show has gotten.

I believe it. To the best of my knowledge, you have yet offer a excuse that involves a temperature at which internal organ damage occurs. Good job.
