I took a different approach. I replaced Nick with Viva and Barnes Monday reupload of their Sunday show. I get all the weeks relevant lawsuits in a shotgun blast then move on to other content entirely. I filled the Nick slot with Pokémon VGC content and video game news since I'm only getting law content 1 out of 7 days.

I might be the only autismo that thinks this, but I see quite a few similarities between Anakin Skywalker's destruction, and Nick Rekieta's "change."

- Anakin's demise was ultimately due to his lust for a woman (Padme), and Nick's coomplosion started with lusting for Buffalo Dan.

- Anakin felt Obi-Wan and the Jedi betrayed him, whereas he betrayed them. Same could be said for how Nick feels about Josh and Kiwi Farms.

- Palaptine manipulated Anakin to coming around to the Dark Side slowly but surely, and I don't think anyone here would argue that Dax has total control over Nick, like a puppet.

- Palpatine ordered Anakin to go on a murderous rampage against the Separatist leaders, and Dax all-but ordered Nick to go along with his attempts to ruin Eric July's business at every opportunity.

It does and doesn't. My point is that despite having a smaller pool of subs to draw from, Sean's chat seems more engaged with what he's doing. Hell, Sean might even have less live viewers still. I interpret that to mean people who watch Sean's content find it more entertaining that the idiots that still watch Nick.

Admittedly, this is true. I'd be lying and inconsistent if I said there wasn't cause for concern there. Especially since it well known I bitched out Nick in 2020 for cozying up to Ralph.

The difference now is...well... I just don't give a shit anymore. I don't have the relationship with Sean like I did with Nick, so I don't feel like I owe it to him to warn him or try to stop him from making a mistake.
