Can US production lines handle it though?
Because if cotton provides a 0.2% performance improvement you can be sure that’s what they’ve been using (and billing you for), and switching back to wood pulp may not be remotely as easy an process as simply expanding the already existing production back in the world wars was.

The USA is the world's largest producer of cellulose pulp.

Biden's been pretty bad about actually finishing his thoughts and ideas, but usually the media runs cover and finishes them for him, so I can only imagine that its really all just that - Give cash, putin btfo'd instantly, job done.

My guess is they are used to throwing money at the problem until it goes away. Not being allowed to throw money is causing distress, so the obvious solution is to keep demanding to be allowed to throw more money.

This is true. And while the modernized farm equipment we use to process cotton is more expensive than older designs, it's far more reliable and way less mouthy.

It really makes me laugh every time I see the ukiebro thread and they are parroting Reddit fucking comments and supporting democrats who are woke retards trying to kill free speech and they don’t acknowledge the hypocrisy. I mean I don’t support Russia in the way they suggest I just get that a nation was challenged and attacked and Putin responded and that response is ultimately working out for them. But to say that got me kicked out of the Ukies thread because they are too sensitive to invite opposing opinions. Pathetic.

-Stingray drone is only for refueling with status still in the development stage.
-Phantom Ray drone last news update was in 2011.
-X-47B got cancelled or went from a strike aircraft which never fired a missile or a bomb to reconnaissance or refueling purposes
-XQ-58 flew, but has not test fired any weapons, now it's used for refueling instead.
Russia
-Grom UAV has not flew yet which is the equivalent in medium size stealth design like the kizilelma or XQ-58
-Flying the largest stealth UAV Su-70, has its own radar, modified engine from round serrated nozzles to flat nozzles, dropped bombs and fired air to air missiles, made 2nd prototype, https://tass.ru/armiya-i-opk/19813189 and this January 2024 article claiming production for 2nd half this year.
-announced a drone-based version of the Su-75, and even have a patent of how cockpit modification would work for one.
