hasnt star wars been dead for like 5 years now? who the fuck would possibly want to play new star wars slop
Star Wars died the moment George Lucas made the mistake of selling it to Yidsney. The Star Wars memorial.jpg

I don't understand why these idiots felt the need to change the model of the female Star Wars character. She never looked like the model but her design was nice. She looked like a cute tomboyish woman.

What happened???

This is not the light making her face look different in the scene, her face has clearly changed, hasn't it?

Why?? I hate this. They had such a good design and they ruined it because of some fucking stupid DEI insects. They are ruining their work for ESG money.

And this is what eventually kills momentum. Endimyon trying to say that a "community manager" is nice when he's talking to her, and he's too fucking stupid to realize he's being manipulated. I have little patience for simps.

"She seems like a nice person that doesn't want the backlash." Bro. She's a fucking community manager. This is why I hate a lot of youtubers who talk about this shit. They're easily manipulated the moment a chick (metaphorically speaking) sucks their dick. No fucking balls. I swear to Christ.
Community Manager is such a weird job.
  • If you do it right, people won't know you exist
  • If you do it wrong, everyone knows you exist and it makes the company look bad
  • If you are loud about it, you become the "face" of the company
  • If you are loud in general, people will assume your opinions are that of the company
  • Half the people who hear about you think you have a leech job and don't do anything
We need different names for it, too, I think. There's a difference between a janny and someone who is like, a community manager who runs a company's beta-tests.

To quote Office Space: "What is it exactly, do you do here?"

The thing is a community manager for a big enough game would actually be helpful. Some one bringing to devs/management major concerns/issue/bugs that the community is having would help greatly in figuring out the order of crap to work on, bugs to focus on, and expand/improve the parts of the game people like. On top of that figuring out way to cheerlead for the company/game without being too overbearing.

But, like teachers, everyone thought it was for useless people so it only got staffed by useless people that saw a way to push a agenda.

Completely agree with this. "Community manager" as "community advocate" or data-collector.
No dev wants to piss away their whole day not developing, but having someone look at all the help tickets or see what issues are getting the most response online is something helpful so long as that person strives to become objective. It would be very easy, for example, for that person to come to their team and say "Our biggest issue is that players want to play as an ugly woman" when in reality it's something much more normal like a specific bug.

I know one community manager. Avoiding PL but she could have made her living a a medium level streamer but tumblr feminism came along and she poisoned her own growth complaining about patriarchy.

She drove off an army of viewers and had to run into the arms of big daddy corporation as no poorly raised woman can ever escape her daddy issues.

She’s had a few jobs tank on her recently.

It’s a shame as she could be making a decent living rather than crying about current thing on Twitter.

It's also likely a fairly low paying job to go along with the low expectations.

My brother in christ, at least use a flattering picture to make your point.
That was 25 years ago tho. She is 74 years old now. Everyone gets older but she looks good for her age. She probably uses Botox but can't fault her for that. She hasn't had any plastic surgery that completely changed her face even tho she could have done it which is unique for a hollywood actress. She was born with a face that's more masculine than usual and she is 5'10 but she accepted herself.
