She gives no credit to her second birth being easier because she’s done it before. It’s well known that the more children you have, the easier the birth is. Not that any of them are easy but it has nothing to do with healing birth trauma. And most women poop a little giving birth, I think. You might not know it because that entire area is on fire but I think it’s common.

I will never understand this attitude crunchy/woo "mamas" have in regards to being anti Nitrous Oxide and Epidural (or any other type of childbirth pain relief that's not an......orgasam ) As if they are superior for "toughing it out" over normal everyday plebeian women.

Childbirth is well known as one of the worst pains a human can ever expirence, you are not "less of a mother" for opting for some damn pain relief! This is a very stressful, dangerious, and intensly painful event!!!
