Community Tard Baby General (includes brain dead kids) - Fundies and their genetic Fuckups; Parents of corpses in denial

There are three people in that shot, with weird "Our bun her oven" shirts on.

Is this a surrogacy arrangement that has produced this ancephalous foetus?

Are the buyers putting the surrogate through all the risks of the continued pregnancy for a baby that will die on arrival?
If that is the case, the buyers will suffer the least from this. Sure, that is their baby genetically - but bonding with a baby is heaps different when you've felt it grow in you and feel it's movements. Surrogacy often fails because of this, the surrogate bonds with the baby.
They will feel much less sorrow when this poor child passes.

looks like the pregnant woman is a surrogate, and has had other health issues.

What a shitshow.

"why WE are continuing this pregnancy"

STFU, womb-renter. YOU are continuing NOTHING. A literal stranger is pregnant. You are just pissed you won't get what you paid for.

I cannot bring myself to ethically accept surrogacy.

edit: I can't help myself, I looked for the ragebait and found it - they are funding this via GoFundMe. They are buying someone else's baby with other people's money. Enough internet for today https://www.gofundme.com/f/norris-family-surrogacy-journey

I think surrogacy is w/e as long as everyone is a consenting adults, but yeah it's a bit fucked to force a surrogate to gestate a doomed brainless fetus.

That said I couldn't find anything the surrogate said about the pregnancy, so maybe she wants to continue it? Idk, still relevant to the thread since its a brainless zombaby.

Bosco? Bosco is a dog name.

I will never, ever understand why these crazy fundies think that being born to suffer and die is somehow better or more comfortable than abortion, which can basically be euthanasia in utero. Shit, if I was pregnant with a fetus with a devastating diagnosis that would lead to suffering (and yes, more often than not, trisomy 21 is one of those diagnoses), I'd schedule myself for an abortion during a propofol nap. I'm unconscious and anesthetized, fetus is unconscious and anesthetized, it knows no pain. No suffering.

It used to be that certain diagnoses were considered "incompatible with life," and the only ethical treatment was comfort care. Now people are sticking G-tubes, central lines, and tracheostomies in kids who have no chance of a meaningful existence. It is one thing to put a tracheostomy in a kid who's suffered a catastrophic illness or injury from which they can recover. It is QUITE another to put one in a kid who never did and never will breathe on their own.
Look, the lady saw the chance to name a heavily retarded child something funny and she took it.
(I know that's not what happened but one can dream)

I swear that's the only explanation for some of these names. Fundies definitely love to give their spuds names as retarded as they are.

Speaking of fundie spuds

How come you never see any pro-abortion billboards? It would be doing these potatoes a kindness, as forcing them to be born only prolongs their miserable existence.

The billboards should just be photos of one of these doomed abominationsprecious angels.

Imagine you're on the highway and suddenly frog baby jumpscare

Some babies with Patau syndrome look like something out of a David Cronenberg movie, and would be lucky to survive more than a few hours if not stillborn.

I actually have seen them next to the pro life ones, there's also a very obnoxious neighbor of mine that for every halloween, decorates their car in fake blood and baby hand prints/foot prints, with a sticker saying "MY CHOICE".
Both ends of the spectrum are so obnoxious.

That neighbor sounds like another forced birth nut job, not someone from the "opposite end of the spectrum", to be quite honest.

I also have a soft spot for anencephalic babies. They look like little frogs. Poor little bubs.
I'm surprised! They give me that uncanny dread of "oh! Something is very, very wrong here." I sort of imagine it's not dissimilar to the reactions of animals to their deformed/unhealthy babies, where they reject them. It's hard to explain because babies are wonderful. After that initial reaction, mostly I'm just sad that their parents decided to not only have them but then plaster them on social media as some kind of proof of their virtuosity.

I know this is weird, but in a way, I think the trisomy 18 phenotype is sort of adorable. I also have a soft spot for anencephalic babies. They look like little frogs. Poor little bubs.
I do too. Some neural tube defects invoke revulsion like holopresence encephalopathy etc but the anacephelics just look pitiful in a cute cartoony way. I think an animated show with sweet little Ana's like that would probably be a hit...
