I got a speeding ticket for doing 10-15 over when I was a teen. I was on my way to pick up dinner for my family, and wasn't paying attention to my speed. Got nailed by a motorcycle cop posted up with a radar gun.

As I was genuinely guilty of the offense, I paid the fine. The thought of hiring an attorney to contest it never even crossed my mind.

April getting a ticket for going 9 over isn't really lulzy. It's boring. Plenty of people have gotten moving violations. Perhaps even some of you in this thread. The whole thing is a money maker for the government.

Apparently, Aaron said on an episode of Steel Toe a while back that April is/was helping with driving the Rekieta children around. The person who pointed it out is immensely trustworthy, and I believe they were looking for a timestamp within the turgid mess that is Steel Toe.

Overall, I don't know if Steel Toe deserves their own thread, but I'm thinking that paying more attention to them might shed some more light on what's going on with Nick. The Imholtes and Rekietas seem awfully close these days.
