Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

The return of Ashton on TikTok. She’s a memorable one. Her doctors grew a urethra in her arm which after 4 months was unviable when placed into the rot dog. Months of complications and catheter eventually culminating in the fearful and true horror of the Johansson technique. I think we all remember the disturbing updates from hospital bed post buccal grafts. She was in a pitiful / pathetic state. She was discussed here and by Exulansic who gave her special attention. Anyway she got married to miss piggy and apparently happy ever after.
Someone more talented than I might want to post her timeline links.
She doesn’t seem that perky in the vids Ive just watched, noticeably weighty around the face and generally seems jaded. Can’t put my finger on it but she seems nervous, bumbling. Maybe PTSD?
SFW image of wedding.
People who are attracted to flesh roll horrors and stinking man-holes are sick, nasty fucks.

Week 8 post op w/ Dr. Del Corral
Nearly two months after phalloplasty and half a month after glansplasty, and everything seems to be healing very well surprisingly! I was thinking about what tattoos I should get to help cover up my scars, any suggestions? I was also thinking about getting a Prince Albert piercing because I thought it would be cool and I might as well get it while I can hardly get anything. Feel free to ask any questions!

They always want piercings.
The arm looks like a side of bacon, and the thigh looks like a pork tenderloin.

Are these surgeons, or aspiring meat-cutters hoping to advance their careers in the butchery profession?

No joke the left leg looks like somebody literally took cuts of meat out of it like a butchery chart.

This is a common arguments made by medical professionals and supporters of truscum. The people who think the troon activism is going too far, but "some people are really trans and we have to help them!"

That what they're doing is 'harm reduction' Where they recognise that they're doing harm and that it would be off-limit without the surrounding context. But they then justify it that it would be better to butcher the patients because they are so psychologically distressed that they'd eventually 41%, go for the back alley shop, or butcher themselves. But the catch with 'harm reduction' mindset is that the other solutions probably exist. But requires significant effort. So A lot of doctors probably feel like they couldn't do anything else to help or spare any more energy to deal with them so they just give in and give up
I'd wager that 80% of the population in some variance of overall supportive to the extent that they don't want persecution and are fine with male/female pronouns for those who pass, but otherwise don't care for troons. They largely agree with the idea of "truscum", but also when exposed to the reality of the SRS industry want it ended and allow only things like cross-dressing, make-up, etc.
The idea that you would cut someone up or remove limbs that are otherwise fine purely for psychological reasons gives the same gut reaction people get when they hear about euthanasia for depression or anxiety. It's the kind of response that can only be cooked up in a class room after 10,000 pages of theory.
The issues with the dsm is that it's a bunch of unscientific garbage backed up with little to nothing, like most of psychology. Here's a video that talks about it:
The DSM is not without issues and I did not want to give the impression that it was; the DSM is a diagnostic manual that describes commonly agreed symptoms and a correspondingly constructed disease framework. It is subject to a million and one issues that are common throughout medicine, it comes with the territory. It just will not behave the way we'd like, unlike our understanding of other sciences. You can gain a mental illness simply by a psychologist suspecting you may have it, causing you to hyper-fixate on it and generating those symptoms. It's not an environment conducive to rigorous scientific outcomes.
I never understood why would anyone fake Mensur scars? You're still getting a big ol' slice across your face, you might as well have the fun of the duel otherwise whats the point?
Mensur clubs were pretty close knit, anyone who would know (and respect) the scars would be able to figure out pretty quick if someone was a poser by finding out who he knew and who knew him.
Without the Mensur club membership you just have scar that marks you out as their version of a Stolen Valor faggot.
It's a shibboleth, in this case indicating that you not only went to a wealthy school but a school intended for the Junker elite. That opens you up to a lot of opportunities in an aristocratic society, least of all success with women. The duels themselves were somewhat laughable, the entire point by the end being that you are there purely for the scar and would stand still as the opponent clipped your cheek and vice versa. What was an incidental and "cool" result of an elite school sport became an indicator of being a member of the elite school, and therefore socially desirable for those outside the system.

@behindyourightnow called this out to me a while ago by mentioning Baudrillard and his book Simulacra and Simulation. The process of the precession of simulacra he describes is this exactly. It was a really good articulation and clarification of a social phenomenon that is really ubiquitous in modernity. An interesting read if you are a tedious philosophy nerd.

Edit: come to think of it, even the trans obsession with XX versus XY is sort of leaning into this too. They don't understand that genes are the mechanism for sex determination, they understand the genes a symbol signifying male or female that they try to dismiss. There's no underlying reality anymore, there's just the idea that you are coded one way or another for an arbitrary reason.

Yeah, I posted about the XX/XY thing in another thread:

I've come across this a lot. They think genes (and chromosomes) are like little manufacturer's marks inside your cells. Like the equivalent to the little debossed stamps you find on silver products:
View attachment 5872730

They are unaware of and uninterested in the concept of genes doing anything. They've never given any thought to why male chromosomes are different to female ones in humans, and how it relates to the body. They just assume different sex chromosomes are an irrelevant annoyance that gives power to ignorant transphobes, and nothing else.

It's fascinating in its own way. These are the beliefs that our expert class is required to defer to, upon pain of career suicide. The scientific establishment has to clap like seals as they watch stringy-haired male crossdressers declare that biology, evolution, reproduction, and genetics are all less meaningful than the fuzzy ideas inside the head of a man wearing cat-ear headphones and his sister's stolen panties. You have to laugh.

They gave her a pointy witches hat for her "penis".

u/Classic_Butter is one of the many examples of a troon pushing the envelope and chasing the high when not satisfied with the changes of HRT. I find the absolute lack of self awareness here entertaining. He is currently seeking PPV (Penile Preserving Vaginoplasty)

Chasing the high of euphoria

For context, I’m AMAB. Sometimes I feel like I’m not actually transgender, but instead ‘chasing the high of the feeling of euphoria’. But at the same time, in order to feel euphoria about being transgender, means I am most likely transgender. Or is it possible that can you feel the euphoria for being transgender, without actually being transgender? If that makes any sense. I am just really confused and would like someone else’s input. Thank you. Also, I am currently seeing a gender therapist.
Definitely not a fetish.

Why am I still getting euphoria boners?

I’ve been on estrogen via mono therapy injections for 17 months now, but I still get euphoria boners when doing gender affirming things, i.e. putting on feminine clothes, being referred to in a feminine way, etc. However, my lab results have shown that my testosterone levels are fully suppressed, with my latest results having a testosterone level of 8 ng/dL. Does anyone know why I’m still getting euphoria boners?
Any shred of self awareness is extinguished by gender therapy and the reddit hugbox.
Lack of satisfaction with destroying himself with estrogen. No mind-blowing lady boob orgasms like he was expecting. Yet again chasing the high.

Is it normal to not have a sensitive chest after 2.5 years on HRT?

With the exception of the first couple of months, I haven’t experienced a lot of sensitivity or soreness in my boobs despite being on hormones for about 2.5 years. Like I can flick my nipples or slap my boobs and it doesn’t hurt that much. Is there any reason why this is happening, or not happening? For reference, I’m doing mono therapy injections and my last lab results were: Estrogen: 135 pg/mL Testosterone: 16 ng/dL

Chasing the dragon has lead Mr. Classic Butter to r/Salmacian, which some may know. A place for those who want a "mixed genital set" to congregate in; people who think you can attach, remove, and mix genitals like Mr. potato head.

If I get PPV, it possible to remove the penis later?

So, I’m on the fence about getting a full vaginoplasty. What I would like to know is if I get a PPV, could I then remove my penis later if I feel that I no longer want it?

Lastly, I found within r/Salmacian a link to Align Surgical, a San Francisco based butchery. Align Surgical supposedly does PPV (Penile Preserving Vaginoplasty). Their website contains galleries of their created horrors, view at your own risk. They appear to do every troon surgery under the sun. I haven't taken too much of a look but their website looks oddly corporate. I am new to posting on the farms, I may not be aware if anyone has gone into Align Surgical before but it appears to be a large operation.

Due to the rising surgery costs, her cock is gonna have to make ends meet by picking rice.

And apparently she couldn't quite afford the Orthodox package, which is a shame. It's a real step up.

I actually snort laughed seeing this. That’s so ridiculous. I’m trying to imagine how having sex with that thing would feel like 🤢

Update 2 (Info from Dr Frances Grimsted)

It was a complication. Seems like the stitches were rushed and a ton came undone. I dont have any walls to the first bit of my vaginal canal but she assured me that it is a fully functional vagina.

Next lets talk about the skin flaps at the top. Those were what covered the holes and were secured by the stitches. When the stitches let go those skin flaps went up to their resting position. The left flap (if you're facing the picture) took all the tissue under it with it. The right flap had healed a bit more and so the tissue beneath stayed behind. The yellow bits are discharge (totally normal) and the black bit near the vagina is indeed necrotic tissue. It will be removed in a few months once its safe to do so. The line of tissue left behind by the right flap is most likely going to tear. But new growth will replace it.

At the end of the day: keep dilating and stay away from Rumer.

Also feel free to ask me anything.

“she assured me that it is a fully functional vagina.”
Yes just leave the necrotic tissue there for months, I’m sure it won’t attract flies… Imagine the smell, or actually don’t.
Wow, that’s gotta be one of the worst in the thread.

I don't usually check on trannies from this thread but u/Babysoots (the one with two giant gaping wounds in his crotch) is still alive, here are his latest comments. No new posts besides these.

Jesus Christ. This case in particular sends a chill down my spine. I hope he will survive through this, but I don't think his life will be very enjoyable having to deal with this thing for the rest of his life. Damn, they really fucked him up...

I think a better comparison would be Body Integrity Dysphoria, which is a rare disorder where people have a desire to amputate one or more of their limbs to alleviate their dysphoria. The reason for the lack of wider acceptance is two-fold IMO. When a pre op MTF troon calls themself a lesbian unironically & demands that other lesbians ignore the cock, it totally negates one of the bedrock ideas of the earlier LGBT movement, that attraction to primary & secondary sexual characteristics is innate, not chosen. The second is the hard left pivot & alliance with Antifa/BLM etc that the mainstream LGBT "community" has made.
