ETA: I see I'm not the only one seeing things in these pics, Mr Bones Wild Ride beat me to it.. it's like an ink blot test, I bet we all see different things in the gore, ope, I mean, "results"... lol

No known evidence of errors lmfao.
Yeah clearly, everything worked out fine,

As unlikely as it sounds, since this is all experimental surgery, the Butcher of Ardmore could have done everything correctly and it would still have ended up like this.

I edited a bit to make it a bit more obvious for those who might not see it first glance.

Cool, thank you. Can you now make it look like Buffalo Bill please?

What an arrogant little twat. Reality is going to hit him like a ton of bricks.
No joke. Kid, people were telling you to go to the ER to get antibiotics, fluids, avoid sepsis, etc, because they thought you might DIE, not because they were giving you advice on cosmetics or even function.
Enjoy the smugness and the painkillers while they last, fool lol

Fucking Troons.
How can he sit there with his triple holed necrotic festering amhole looking like he's been dilating with a fucking hay fork and come out with this shit.
No known evidence of errors lmfao.
Yeah clearly, everything worked out fine, totally legit life saving procedure.
Stupid AGP freak.

Eh. I mean a surgeon is only doing so much work. The other parts are on you to maintain hygiene and whatever your natural healing factor is. Not going to bat for Kathy and there does seem to be a direct correlation between her work and bad outcomes but you can't discount the aftercare routines or how well a body heals.

Not to mention dilating. If you're already shit at healing wounds, having a part of yourself skin origami'd and then probing it every day with a hard plastic rod multiple times re-irritating it, is not going to help. Not to mention if you're not fastidious about cleanliness every dilation is an oppertunity for introducing infection.

As for the scars. They almost look like chaf marks? Like they're almost symmetrical and align on the same sides. Like something was there rubbing the skin raw.

I will be very interested to see how this heals
It won't. This man is dead and just doesn't know it yet. There was a chance to save him, but he's refusing to go to ER and won't clean it himself. It might take a few months, but he will eventually get necrotic flesh somewhere he can't see that will spread.
Update from Triple Amhole/babysoots! He added an image timeline that shows how the amhole evolved into the mess we've all seen in this thread.
Mandatory viewing for all troons thinking about SRS.

They could be stretch marks and unrelated. Inner thigh is also not a completely unheard of place for self harm however both of the aforementioned tend to be mostly female issues.

Okay, call me a sick freak but one of these made me lmao because it looked hilarious.

:story:
I can't believe this was done to someone though.
It's incredibly jarring to think this was an intentional operation. It looks like fournier's gangrene
A friend of mine once described a nightmare she had. She woke up in a hospital room, there were no lights on and she heard screaming in the background. She had just undergone phalloplasty. There was a pound of flesh sticking out of her crotch, her arms and legs charred black with necrosis after being butchered for donor skin. She has always hated trannies, but that nightmare solidified that hatred unlike anything else. Seeing images like this one reminds me that it isn’t just a bad nightmare, it is reality.

Kind of far back for that. I first thought hs, hidradenitis suppurativa. Which makes me wonder if he did have hs, would that make the dehescense so bad so quick?

I'm pretty sure homeslice is gonna come out of this with an Oxy habit. The only reason he's not freaking out is Opiates have a wonderful ability to make everything seem "not that big a deal" as well as stopping physical pain signals.
Thats so fucked he's either gonna be on pretty high doses of Opiates for long enough for that monkey to settle in and make itself at home or they'll cut him off early to stop that, the other stuff they give him wont touch the pain, and shit will get real real fast.
Of course if they do concentrate on stopping the pain, its not the early 2000's anymore, at some point they'll cut him off and again, shit will get real real fast.

He actually has those mysterious scars on both sides of his inner thigh. What gives?
If you look on one of the photos it’s clearly a long healed scar. You can see that it’s pulled apart while healing though. There’s also one in the other side that starts as a dark line and then falls apart as the photos progress. You can see the guy is quite fat as well. Also you can see that the initial stitching there at the bits that opened was poor - it’s opening immediately after surgery and looks infected.

It could be. I don’t know, the first few pictures show that one healed well and the one opposite healing. This guy does not heal well.
So: why has it opened up again - what is causing the breakdown of tissue like this?
It looks like scurvy, but that’s not exactly common these days. Or like the whole area was kept wet. Poor wound care plus diabetes? I don’t know. I hope he put a good timeline up

Scurvy was my first thought too since its the only thing I know that can cause scar tissue to break down and old wounds reopen, but its not like this Troon is trying to chart the Northwest Passage with fucking Shackleton, do people even get Scurvy anymore?

If it wasn’t for the pink areas you’d think those pictures were taken from a body farm. Imagine your body decomposing while you watch? It’s catastrophic, yet troons will look at it and continue to pay thousands for the experience. As long as the hole is fuckable though, eh?

Isn’t there some condition that causes a person to have issues with healing? I remember a troon complaining that the surgeon was transphobic for turning them down for SRS because they had a tendency to heal badly/slowly from cuts.

Edit: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome! To quote:

  • Fragile skin. Damaged skin often doesn't heal well. For example, the stitches used to close a wound often will tear out and leave a gaping scar. These scars may look thin and crinkly.

Coincidentally, hypogonadism tends to cause those specific kinds of conditions. No sex hormones, no immune system.

I know of someone with that. She has a scar which doesn’t look right at all.

Lmao of course they think it’s transphobic not to operate on someone who doesn’t heal well.

So basically an obese, likely diabetic, unhealthy indolent with poor hygeine and a terrible diet, is likely to heal extremely badly from a surgery that castrates them and leaves an open wound they are required to aggravate with a (likely unsterilized) instrument multiple times a day?

And Troons wonder when these atrocities heal badly, JfC...

Vegetable_Error_3220 has had stage 2 (glansplasty).

Week 8 post op w/ Dr. Del Corral
Nearly two months after phalloplasty and half a month after glansplasty, and everything seems to be healing very well surprisingly! I was thinking about what tattoos I should get to help cover up my scars, any suggestions? I was also thinking about getting a Prince Albert piercing because I thought it would be cool and I might as well get it while I can hardly get anything. Feel free to ask any questions!

They always want piercings.
Indistinguishable from a cis penis!
the DSM is a diagnostic manual that describes commonly agreed symptoms
No, it is a diagnostic manual that describes symptoms agreed upon by approximately 12 carefully selected individuals, who used it to promote their own various agendas, and which has then in turn been used as a tool to push many more agendas.
The DSM is comparable to Dianetics.
"It doesnt hurt." I'm no expert but it looks like it should hurt a LOT
YUUUUGE amounts of Oxycodone will do that.

That’s what I’ve always wondered. Shouldn’t they sterelise their dilaters? I can’t imagine they’re doing so. It grosses me out enough when people don’t clean their dildos/sex toys properly let alone a thing dilating an open wound.

The surgeons and nurses at these places all seem abysmal so I can’t see them explaining to them about proper aftercare either.
