Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

I don't think his life will be very enjoyable having to deal with this thing for the rest of his life. Damn, they really fucked him up...

C’mon, if he’s not worried about the necrosis then we shouldn’t be either.

His promise of litigation got me happy for a nanosecond until I remembered the insurer will settle. These cases seem pretty rare, unfortunately.

Wow, that’s gotta be one of the worst in the thread.
A lot of this stuff is basically lost from my brain after 1200 pages and several years, but I swear to fuck that there's been much worse horror shows. It's definitely a contender though.

But I can't help laughing. Stupid man paid someone to re-enact a fucking axe murder on his cock.

I hope to fuck these people do. I hope they all do.

Commercial insurance and medical insurance only goes so far. Most won't pay out unless it reaches a certain value, eg: $500K. Those insurers then go to re-insurers if it hits a certain value, eg: $10 million. There's very few re-insurers left after Covid and they are becoming increasingly weary of even medium-risk insurance products.

If you start getting endless amounts of lawsuits for these sick fucks, the insurers will be refused by their re-insurers, and then they will refuse coverage to any hospitals or surgeons who perform SRS/GRS, especially when this "informed consent" rubbish could be easily proven as bunk in court. You can't sign away negligence, and refusing to discuss the possible (and in fact almost guaranteed) lifetime issues is tantamount to negligence. You will not see SRS/GRS end in the US until it becomes unprofitable; it will become unprofitable when the costs of the lawsuits overcome the revenue, when health insurers are unable to pay for it become the liability insurers will go bankrupt if they allow it.

It doesnt hurt." I'm no expert but it looks like it should hurt a LOT.
It should hurt a lot. Luckily for him there’s enough nerve damage that he’s not really feeling it, and he will also be off his head on opiates. There are some slightly worrying areas of black tissue in the depths of each hole, but if they don’t spread it will heal. Eventually. And in a very mangled way. There will be a lot of very unpleasant scar tissue that’s tougher and less elastic than the surroundings. It will probably cause him significant mobility problems and risks damaging the urethra more.
Until it’s healed it’s a massive infection risk, and he needs to be very vigilant with hygiene.

This is the most logical end to it all in the USA. It will still be an issue in places like Canada if the taxpayer is picking up the bill

This is a really bad mastectomy, though, and therapeutic mastectomies have been performed on normal women for medical reasons for a very long time. I wonder if this pooner is the one to have legal recourse.
you're exactly right. Breast cancer patients get therapeutic mastectomy. Sometimes young women with a family history and the BRCA1 gene even get preventive mastectomy. The pooner zippertits look comically bad knowing what can be done by stateside doctors. It’s as if trans surgery is a haven for crappy plastic surgeons, eh
Ha! This loser provides necessary medical supplies for the wellbeing of others! You couldn't torture that information out of me
He’s doing it for bus fare. I don’t really get why plasma centers are still willing to pay donors in cash, it attracts all the wrong kinds of people to donate.
“The wellbeing of others” is not the reason anyone donates plasma. That is some brokest of the BROKE nigger shit.
^ correct answer. It’s one thing to reward donors with brand swag or tickets to Mets games, it’s another to straight up pay them.

I haven't seen an actual blood drive in a long time for some reason. But either way you get to do it sitting down
You’re right, I haven’t seen any since COVID-19 hit the airwaves. But if you want to do this on the regular, the blood banks in your area have dedicated collection centers where you can drop in, with or without an appointment. Check their website; NYC was New York Blood Center and elsewhere on the East Coast is Red Cross.
This is somehow a celebratory post. Mind the gore.

These phalloplasties look like something the Combine would impose on dissidents as a punishment. That leg graft site is horrible.

Is that supposed to shrink, to narrow eventually? I would not consider something that looks like an amputated baby forearm sewn onto a crotch to be a good result.
No it doesn’t and yes, pooners brag about their “dick print” through their pants if they go for the leg graft. They either don’t know that actual men would find it inappropriate and embarrassing for people to be able to see their dick bulge from across the street, or they think this kind of exhibitionism attracts female attention. (It doesn’t, they are staring because it looks like a tall boy can shoved into someone’s shorts.)
I don't have a vagina, so I don't know, but do ladies really go around worrying about the inadequacy of their "depth". That seems like such a male thing to do.
It is. Women don’t have a very good conception of how “deep” their vagina can go, the tissue is very stretchy on purpose, and most of the nerve endings are in the section nearest to the vulva. If you shove something way back up in there to the cervix the sensation is like an unpleasant pressure. And for good reason; if the cervix and fundus of the vagina were super sensitive, periods and childbirth would be even more painful.

The vagina is kind of like a firehose, when she’s wet and into it the cavity expands in diameter and depth. When she’s not, it’s kind of shriveled up on both dimensions. The only women who would bother to keep track of this with a graduated dilator would be women with vaginismus, which is a painful spasming of the vaginal walls in response to penetration. It makes PIV fucking awful.

However, MtFs don’t have vaginas, they have inverted dick skin or colon tissue, which is not as stretchy, doesn’t provide any lubrication, and is inclined to heal itself shut if they don’t dilate. So they do care about depth and getting the maximum amount of it because some amount of loss is likely, and also, they’re size queen faggots who are incapable of relating to women.
Quoting it here since it was posted in the L's thread:

Those sutures are really holding on for dear life. The skin at the base isn't looking too good, either. Is 'extended meta' a new concept or am I not remembering that particular horror? Is it a two for one meta/phallo thing?
It’s like a graft on a metiodioplasty, i think?
It reminds me of the way a guy might brag about his dick size. They assume that loads of depth - good. Like it’s an extra fucking pocket, or something.
Tbh women actually stand to get picked on and shamed by their boyfriends if they think her vagina is too deep or wide. Something something throwing a hot dog down a hallway, only sluts have such loose slits, etc.
maybe drug mules care about this, though?
It's the same thing as the jeans sold with holes in them. The origin of that trend was to imitate the look of jeans that had seen a lot of wear from travel or use. But like in all these cases, the symbol becomes its own signifier separated from the original meaning,
Kabbalah pro tip: wearing clothes with holes and tears in them invites poverty unless you are sitting shiva.
Another Kabbalah Protip: YWNBAW
Just thought this old post on this very subject deserves to be highlighted for this discussion.

And here's a link to the Alan Watts video being referenced, aptly titled "The Symbolic and the Real". Trannies would gain so much from listening to something that was well-known in academic circles over half a decade ago.
Troons don’t want to remember what happened half a decade ago, as that suggests some object permanence independent of their stupid gender identities.
The DSM is not without issues and I did not want to give the impression that it was; the DSM is a diagnostic manual that describes commonly agreed symptoms and a correspondingly constructed disease framework. It is subject to a million and one issues that are common throughout medicine, it comes with the territory.
It’s got its issues but at least it’s full name is the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Psychiatric Disorders and not the “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Hecckin’ Valid Alternative Mentation”
Question for troons: if your gender identity isn’t a mental illness why is it in the DSM lol

It should hurt a lot. Luckily for him there’s enough nerve damage that he’s not really feeling it,
It is lucky because he is not suffering, but it is unlucky in that the only information he can get about the condition of his crotch is from visual inspection (maybe smells). Pain is usually your first clue there is a problem but he is going to have to wait until it looks fucked up or spikes a fever.

his ability to dilate through this seems like a good indicator that it is completely numb, and all the extra damage makes it less likely that the nerves will resume functioning.

The images above are of the results of the Vaginoplasty done by Dr. Kathy Rumer on March, 27th

The first 3 images are of days 5-7 after surgery. I had asked the nurse at Dr. Rumer's office if the black tissue was necrosis. She assured me it was not and that it was normal. As of today I do not know if what she told us was true.

Image 4 was taken at the end of day 12 and was my second day home. This was not the first sign of dehiscence as I noticed a much smaller wound during the morning dilation session. We informed Dr. Rumer of the dehiscence and she instructed us to use Neosporin on the wound. At the time, we were unaware of what had happened, and she offered no explanation. When the wound increased in size we immediately called Dr. Rumer. Again she said to put neosporin on and around the area and reassured us that this was normal.

Image 5 (day 14) is of the opposite side opening up. This time we were told by Dr. Rumer to place promogran along side the walls of the wound.

Image 6 (day 15) is the day we realized some of the internal stitches along the vaginal wall had let go. This was the same day as my original post and the day we stopped contacting Dr. Rumer's office.

Image 7 (day 16) was the day we were seen by Dr. Grimstad, an OBGYN at Boston Children's Hospital. (NOT AFFILIATED WITH DR. RUMER AND NOT THE SURGEON WHO OPERATED ON ME)

Image 8 (day 19) the wounds are healing very well thanks to Dr. Grimstad and her team (Again not the surgeon who operated on me)

In case you're wondering why I deleted my previous post:

I realized my last post was titled incorrectly, and was unclear about some things. I decided that it would be easier to just make one big post and delete the previous post to make it abundantly clear what happened to me.

First I want to clarify that Dr. Kathy Rumer was the surgeon for this vaginoplasty. I am no longer in contact with Dr. Rumer due to her (Dr. Rumer) unprofessionalism and inappropriate handling of my care

Currently I am in the very kind, considerate, and professional hands of Dr. Frances Grimstad and her team. They (Dr. Grimstad's team) took the time to examine my wounds (From the vaginoplasty done by Dr. Rumer) and explain exactly what had happened, and taught me how to clean and dress the wounds (from the vaginoplasty done by Dr. Rumer in Philadelphia).

I have a few more things I want to adress. 1. As to my current (limited) knowledge this is a known complication in Penile Inversion Vaginoplasties. There may have other factors at play in this specific case, but as of now there is no known evidence of intentional or unintentional errors during the procedure.
  1. You (adressing anyone who yelled at me to go to the emergency room) were obviously concerned about my well being and I am appreciative of that. HOWEVER, my situation required a medical professional with at least some knowledge of gender affirming care, which the emergency room would not be able to provide as I live in the middle of fucking nowhere.
Tl:dr- Dr. Rumer operated on me and it sucked. Dr. Grimstad (not affiliated with Dr. Rumer and not the surgeon who operated on me) examined me and explained what had happened. (Dr. Grimstad has not operated on me at all)

Also sorry for the bad image quality on some of the photos. I suck at taking pictures.

Fucking Troons.
How can he sit there with his triple holed necrotic festering amhole looking like he's been dilating with a fucking hay fork and come out with this shit.
No known evidence of errors lmfao.
Yeah clearly, everything worked out fine, totally legit life saving procedure.
Stupid AGP freak.

Okay, call me a sick freak but one of these made me lmao because it looked hilarious.
I edited a bit to make it a bit more obvious for those who might not see it first glance.

:story:
I can't believe this was done to someone though.
It's incredibly jarring to think this was an intentional operation. It looks like fournier's gangrene

He actually has those mysterious scars on both sides of his inner thigh. What gives?
He's got one on both legs
I saw one on one leg in an earlier pic and wondered if the surgeon slipped with the cautery, but its weird its on both legs... I have no idea. TripleDitch is the most bizarre amhole yet.

What an arrogant little twat. Reality is going to hit him like a ton of bricks.
