A basic summary but I'm just going from memory so details and the timeline might be wrong. I might edit the post later if needed.

I don't mean to be anti-White or anti-Female but I definitely do mean to be anti-LA, but to sum up in a short sentence, Madi is a basic White bitch and talks and acts like her brain has rotted from LA-living and you, listening to her, risk having your IQ drop. She first became Internet Famous not too long ago when she made a TikTok video about feeling the feminism exit her body when her Chad boyfriend offered to pay for dinner and left her his credit card to be used on whatever. The right-wing scene championed this as a victory for traditional gender roles when in reality, Madi is still very much a leftist feminist in the progressive crowd. She just liked the feeling of being given money for free.
In February, she talked shit about her "deadbeat" father on a 2:20 TikTok in what was supposed to be in a lighthearted joking way:
Behind the scenes, her father asks if she could take it down, do another video with corrections, do a friendly father/daughter collab, or upload his own video to her TikTok. Because not only does it make him look bad, his business/capacity to make money to pay for child support (more on that later) might also be affected. She refuses to compromise in any way, so a few days later (I assume to have time to gather the receipts), her father Ben responds with his own video on YouTube:
A day later, Madi responds on a low-effort <2 minute TikTok with no receipts, just "trust me bro" allegations. Amazingly she contradicts herself on the facts multiple times in the same video:

Since then, Madi has returned to doing the normal female "speak what is currently on my mind at this exact moment" TikTok shit with no deadbeat dad-related TikToks. Ben has made a few more videos since then defending his side of the story.
The Deadbeat Breakdancing Father

He abandoned his career and children to pursue breakdancing at the not young age of 50+ or 60+.

In reality, Madi grew up in a middle to middle-upper class lifestyle (some would say outright upper class) in a rich area and was privileged (in the true uncorrupted by leftists sense of the word). Ben Hart was a smart guy who worked in advertising and even wrote speeches for Ronald Reagan and was probably a millionaire at a young age. His wife Betsy Hart wrote articles and appeared on TV on a modest income. They married and had 3 daughters and 1 son.
According to Ben, Betsy was a spending type. While Ben, despite his income, would be happy with a modest sized affordable home, his wife was ambitious (despite her lower income in comparison) and wanted basically a mansion. At the time, Ben didn't look more into the situation and just went along with it, for the sake of the family. She also wanted to be part of some rich kids golf country club where the entry fee is $100,000 or something per year. That golf club is now owned by Donald Trump (you might remember him as the former US president).

Eventually, their views on money conflicted too much so they decided to divorce. While most divorces would end up 50-50 or 40-60 (in favor of the ex-wife), Ben went above and beyond by offering 97% of his wealth ($1.8 USD million) as well as offering to pay $12,000 USD child support payments... per month. Again, for the sake of the family. This left him with $70,000 USD. He figured that he still had skills and knowledge (which he did) so he can build up his wealth again, while supporting the family. His total lifetime payment to his ex-wife and children is close to $5 million.

The Ex-Wife Betsy and the Feminist Family Court Judge
Ben's core argument is that his ex-wife has been alienating him from his children by spreading lies about him and that he is not a deadbeat father because has been doing his duty supporting his family financially (The anti-Bens would argue that just because he pays $12,000 in child support a month, that doesn't make him a not deadbeat). It is possible that the children has no idea of the financial situation and that their entire lifestyle (medical bills, school fees etc) was possible because of Ben's contributions.
Furthermore, his ex-wife is malicious and has been attacking Ben's business clients apparently trying to ruin his career and business. How is he supposed to pay child support if he can't make money? Well, he isn't supposed to, she apparently wants him in jail. At one point he was short $100,000 so the feminist judge, who has a suspiciously similar short haircut as the ex-wife, instead of giving him a chance to raise that money (which he obviously can), just sends him to jail. Betsy also apparently plays some kind of Christian grifter, writing books about her divorce, appearing on TV promoting it, trashing her ex-husband, and thanking God for her blessings when she should be thanking the double team of God and Ben.
Addressing the Original Allegations
Madi had made 2 TikTok videos about her father. They are stream of consciousness videos with no facts, no figures, no receipts. Ben had made multiple responses, all backed up with receipts.
He is a deadbeat and wasn't around his 4 children (3 daughters, 1 son): According to himself, he wasn't a deadbeat dad. Deadbeat dads usually don't pay $1.8 million + $12,000 month for years. Also, his wife has sold custody of the children and Ben had limited visitation rights so he did the best he could do which included having dinner as a family, being present at his children's graduations, going on trips with them etc. He had photos to back this up. In addition, he also communicates frequently by phone and text (with receipts to back it up).

This is the opposite of what a deadbeat dad would do.

With such a thorough takedown of her allegations (even if said in jest), she has not responded anymore and has deleted and locked down the comments sections of her 2 TikToks. Not surprisingly, the majority of Pro-Bens are male, while the majority of Pro-Madis are female (I checked some of the comments before she deleted them).
Conclusion
Obviously, I am on the side of Ben. I see a man with some flaws but a genuine intent to be a good or even great father, does the best he can with what he has (his money certainly helps) and he had been silent for decades about his family issues until Madi forced him to respond to her misinformation. I'm happy to change my mind if it turns out for example, that in private, he was a drunk asshole abuser or was cheating while married. But only if you give me the documentation and receipts, not just feelings.
This incident just proves even more that men and women live in different worlds. Women deal in feelings and emotions (I feel like my dad abandoned me) while men deal in facts and receipts. To be fair, on Madi's TikToks, there were some people calling out her bullshit (maybe that's why she locked it) and on Ben's YouTube, there were a few women (biological women, not trannies) giving their support. Many people comment, if Ben is a deadbeat dad, then I want to be adopted by him! There were a few anti-Bens on his YouTube videos but their comments are so misinformed, they might as well be retards/women.
Can Madi see the light and admit her mistake and forgive her father? Doubtful. She's probably too deep into the progressive unshaved armpit hair (not untrue in Madi's case) city girl crowd to be capable of self-reflection. She's also in her mid 20s so she had plenty of time to look up the facts and realize a lot of what she has is thanks to her father. In fact, it was her father who supported and encouraged her into becoming an Internet celebrity (her idea). Even if she did admit her mistakes, it would be suspect: Ben recently threatened to put her out of his will (I think it's a mistake on his part) so would she actually forgive him or does she just want her share of the pie.
The other 2 daughters are allied with Madi, with one (Olivia) reintroducing her silent treatment of Ben (she had previously not talked to him for a whole year before deciding that 1 year of not talking to him was enough). According to Ben, the son is neutral and still on speaking terms with him. I don't want to judge based on appearances, but he looks pretty beta, maybe even a bit autistic. The fact that the son lives with 3 female siblings with a controlling malicious mother doesn't help. Betsy had remarried with another man but not much is known about his thoughts on the family feud.

It was through this newsletter he met conservative/Right-Winger Dinesh D'Souza in the early days (back when Dinesh was still left-leaning). He is also a fan of Bitcoin. Ironically, Betsy didn't care about his Bitcoins during the divorce so that was one source of wealth Ben was able to keep for himself. He also speaks for men's rights, especially about marriage (a bad deal) and the anti-male family courts.
Conspiracy Theory
There is also a conspiracy theory going around that this entire thing is a grift for views/subscribers that both Ben and his daughter are in on. If true, then they should both burn in hell.
