Yeah but he wasn't even an especially good artist, he mainly took off because he'd draw gross edgy shit.
If anything the fact the internet is somehow more sanitized than ever while also being more depraved than ever would be exactly why he'd struggle to stand out. Not that I don't think he still could, but there's already enough other material to be offended by that his shtick would be seen as a little bit pasé and I doubt he'd ever reach the heights he did previously.
