We're not even going to mention the torrent of garbage that Sciverfrog helped promote under his trash brand? Sciverfrog has done more to downgrade the overall quality of comic books than any other independent. It's bad enough he needs to show the world his duck-billed platypus face but the Littlest Umbrella needed to be part of his movement? Self-Insert Comics are the new Penny Dreadfuls minus the cool pulp lore. Jack Chick tracts but without any edge or bite. Without Ethan, Isom wouldn't exist either. Ethan's learning too late that finger wags don't work on mutant children, especially those who've already grown bigger than the house he lives in.

There's a tiny part of me hoping Cecil will grow a backbone and tell Malin to eat shit. That seems to be his biggest problem. He's extremely susceptible to being bullied by Malin.
Cecil's biggest problem is that he's a degenerate simp who doesn't have a shred of talent in the actual creation of comics. He can't even ditch the crackhead Captain Chaos look for his catty Richard Simmons act to work.

Shane drew the dick, but Cecil harassed him in other ways. @Ike Aim wrote a whole post about it many months ago (July, I think), but it largely went unnoticed because that was the doldrum period for this thread, before the July vs. EVS war really heated up.
I've never cared for Cecil. A lot of the people I've run with in CG adore the guy, and I can't stand him in or out of character. I'm not attracted to the idea of a wealthy degenerate attempting to reclaim his glory by wearing a sock on his head and licking purchased used (maybe freshly?) buttplugs? Cecil was the biggest barrier to trusting the guys at the top of CG. His presence indicated that the movement wasn't attempting to create a superior atmosphere to create in, the repeated instances of him puking on himself, falling out of chairs, being a complete disgrace only lended validation to criticism of the movement.
Neither did I, but before the Tampa story came out I felt he was just a dipshit.
That's sorta my point though. I get the impression he might be trying to do that, but Malin and the other sycophants beat him into submission each time.
That is funny but, if I may, I'd also like the point out this from the second article you linked, which I guess I missed before:
The sad tale of a toadie who doesn't fit in anywhere else because he aligned himself with the wrong people. Though, I swear I've seen streams where Cecil will contribute to FNT or BBC or something in that sphere, and will get a warm response.
