I'm very doubtful that if the curtain is closed it's the same woman each time. Especially if there's no dog this time. It could be a new girl who doesn't want to be seen. Unless the girl walks by, or we see a glimpse of her, or even if more of his friends follow her on instagram, I won't think it's Samantha.
