Crime Pennsylvania middle school student accused of unprovoked attack on classmate using Stanley cup

NORTH WALES, Pa. - A 13-year-old student at Pennbrook Middle School is facing charges for what police are calling an unprovoked attack against a classmate.

The brutal incident broke out around 1:15 in the afternoon. The school was placed on a "hold" according to administrators, while they worked to bring calm to the situation and as law enforcement and medics proceeded with their tasks.

Upper Gwynedd Police say the 13-year-old violently attacked a 12-year-old student in the cafeteria, unprovoked, using a Stanley metal mug, causing head injuries.

The 12-year-old student was hospitalized as a result. In surveillance video viewed by FOX 29, the victim's head was bleeding.

The school day resumed after the hold was over.

The student hospitalized sustained serious injuries, according to school officials.

The middle school principal sent a letter home to parents, first calling the incident a physical altercation.

The district superintendent sent a longer email about the incident later Wednesday evening, saying the principal would meet with each grade Thursday to talk about what students witnessed.

School administrators were making the school’s counseling department readily available Thursday, as well as the North Penn School District traumatic event response team to help students with the very serious actions they observed.

Officials said they are in contact with both families of the students and are working with those families and law enforcement to gain better information and to find a resolution.

A school board meeting is planned for Thursday evening.

Parent Sarah Batory got emotional describing a text she received from her son on what should have been an ordinary Wednesday at school, saying, "He texted me, ‘Mom, I’m scared.’ I can’t even tell you what it’s like to get a text message like that when your kid’s at school."

She says she’s now questioning if and when he’ll return after what he witnessed. "He’s been a mess ever since. I just feel like there had to be multiple failures along the way for this to happen."

Parent Stephanie Palovcak described her emotions, "You get that call from your kids hearing the words blood and help me and you freeze and you panic."

Mom Alyssa Santiago says she reported the 13-year-old student earlier in the week to school counselors after her daughter was threatened. "If it were taken serious, by multiple complaints, that little girl would’ve been in school today and my daughter is traumatized."

Palovcak added, "It did not have to come to this. It did not have to come to this if they took action sooner."

Another mom asked to be anonymous, "It’s just very uneasy because it’s like why did she just pick a random person? Was there any information that they knew ahead of time? I want to know is this child returning? How are you keeping our kids safe?"

Rumor has it the suspect was a young tranny. Which is why the suspect's sex or gender is not mentioned. Poor girl probably told the dude no and he attacked her as a result.

It was a Troon.

North Wales is a pretty upscale area. However that area of SEPA (southeast PA) is also liberal. I never understood it even when I was a stereotypical "conservative."

Its also not as if you didn't have the shitholes of Norristown or Pottstown to see what your ideology leads to.

So the troon was out to get a few girls and made it known, the targeted girls told the teachers and school. Unsurprisingly they did nothing, I hope the parents sue and the violent troon is removed from society.

How horrifying, how rage inducing. Props to this young girl who is very articulate despite a very traumatizing event. Also I'm glad she misgendered him.

The school utterly failed these girls and are very lucky that stupid troon didn't succeed in killing anyone. I hope this school is sued into oblivion and will terrify any troon holdout schools into stopping their support of this transgender nonsense.

Reading some facebook comments from locals in the area, they're claiming this boy had only been there a few days and that he had been expelled from a previous school due to bad behavior. I haven't found anyone who is giving the kid's full name or parent's name.

This happened last time a troon assaulted and raped girls at school, we were never able to find the identity, which was weird. This school might be different though, the entire school is angry and not being quiet about it, so maybe a kiwi better at research can find out who it is.

Aside from the clearly "WTF" of the story itself.. All the hyperventilating of adults about mental health and children's ability to cope, is not healthy. This is where the victimization and traumatization culture of young people begins.
Idk, I think in this case feeling traumatized is the right word. A mentally ill male comes to school, makes a hit list, makes it known that he's going to attack students, the students tell the teachers about this multiple times, the teachers proceed to do absolutely nothing about it, then the kids have to witness the batshit troon beat a girl's head in so badly she that had to be hospitalized. And then, the kids had to stay in the lunch room while the teachers cleaned up all the blood.

Like I agree with you that kids are much more resilient than people give them credit for and I'm sick of all the victimization that goes on these days, but at the end of the day kids still need to know that school is a safe place of learning and that the adults are in charge and can be trusted to protect them. That clearly isn't the case here, after the kids repeatedly warned the school of the dangerous student, their concerns were ignored and someone nearly got killed because of it.

I don't really think some kids being upset by this is really a problem either.. but a bunch of adults rushing in frantically and assuming, no, insisting trauma, instead of trying to contextualize what happened, is a problem. Kids tend to watch adults, that's how they learn.

What does it say about troon lunacy when even at thirteen they're a violent threat to others? One of the worst things that happened was gender identity disorder being removed as a mental illness. Everything trans cascaded from that horrible decision, including deranged trans creeps being indulged instead of medicated until they drool.

bro imagine being a child and realizing that the adults that are supposed to protect you care more about being devoted to an ideology than your own physical safety. every teacher and faculty member is a massive, evil piece of shit for probably blackpilling these kids for life.

that was my middle school nigga.
I'd guess I was there long before you, I'm an old dude, lol. It doesn't seem like the faculty and how they deal with problems has changed at all since I went there (80s). They constantly let problems boil over until shit got violent. they couldn't be bothered to intervene. My time there wasn't good, always getting into fights with bullies (if you fought back with one of them, they had friends that would come after you). Teachers, Guidance counselors and the Principal/Vice Principal were fucking useless. I feel terrible for the victim of this. I hope her parents sue the district into bankruptcy and if I was that girl's father... well, you can probably figure out the rest...

It was the bullshit I was having to endure at the North Penn School District (that's the name of the district this shithole school belongs to) that prompted my move to Philly to live with my dad... their schools were even worse, LOL!

I love how troons and niggers make it slowly impossible for liberals to ignore the reality of their awfulness. I hope this troon is let off and the student he attacked is expelled and ostracized from society. Maybe this is what has to happen for people to realise the men in dresses are not worth tolerating.

I'm getting real sick and tired of the sex offender shuffle.
