It’s probably been said but Tucker Carlson, free from his writer’s room, is apparently ‘skeptical of evolution’ and people who believe in demons causing blacks to commit crime are saying this is based.

I don’t need to do another post about the declining cognitive quality of the right. This is too on the nose even for me. At least with “marry a latina” or “live in the boonies” I have to explain myself a little. But not here.

And I know there are creationists with objectively high iqs. But they’re still wrong and at least they know what ‘theory’ means in a scientific context. Tucker didn’t.

If Tucker is promoting creationism he’s entirely compromised. The right wing becoming associated with fundie whackjobs that don’t believe in evolution was part of why the right took such a felting in the 2000’s and early 2010’s. Retard might as well start talking about how the earth is flat.

Part of getting the DMCA passed allowed the Librarian of Congress to designate DMCA exceptions for various things and reasons, and one was preserving old software.

But the end result is that nobody really wants to push the abandonware copyright issue that terribly hard, so they get away with it.

Also I’m a firm believer in anthropogenic evolution, bitches.

I believe Carlson to be disingenuous in all things; his Rogan appearance was a masterclass on improvisational backpedaling to mimic the host, and when he was still on Fox News, he made a point of behaving as though he had no idea how to pronounce the word, "stochastic." I've said it before: he'd make a great cop, and I don't like cops.

I am extremely knowledgeable about evolution & biology and I have to say, it doesn't fucking matter if the average person "believes" in evolution or not because the average person struggles to understand it on a level that explains anything important. The theory stands on its own well enough to withstand people arguing with it, and arguing about it ends with educating a bunch of people who otherwise would have no reason to tune in. people who deny evolution (and also those who deny earth is spherical) actually bring up interesting objections from time to time which educated people would never voice out loud, out of fear of appearing foolish.

The left has an equal wealth of retarded ideas- intersectionality, queer theory, post modernism, and even some retarded creation myths like yakub from the nation of islam, and the resurgence of extremely gay religions in paganism & satanism. the problem is that people are taught to reflexively see stupidity from white men as somehow worse than retardation that originates in "marginalized" people. it isn't any objectively worse though. the difference is that the left isn't ashamed of their retardation. I know they only show solidarity out of spite towards the right, but it is better than fracturing at the slightest misalignment. There is not a political party that isn't full of absolute retards, there is no option to only join fellow smart people, in the same way that you can't choose to only be correct. you're going to fuck up and be wrong some percentage of the time, and so will groups of people. that doesn't mean they have nothing to contribute or that they aren't worth working with on common ground.

I get the idea that wanting people to tow the party line can lead to pointless infighting that is actively detrimental to the cause, but the opposite can be an issue as well. Take how America First basically squandered all the momentum they built up by allowing pedophiles to shit up their ranks. Not that creationists are as extreme as that but there is no reason to cater towards them as they make up such a tiny portion of the population and catering towards them would just serve to alienate people who think they are retarded, which I think would undoubtedly make up the majority. I don’t think they should be kicked out per se but should just never be catered to and ignored whenever possible.

Josh, if you have plans for any future Bad at Video Games streams, can I request you try Stardew Valley? It was released in 2016-17 after a decade of a single guy, ConcernedApe, developing it as a passion project. Updates have been coming out periodically for free. I’ve gotten so much content out of a game I paid 12 bucks for years ago. I’m MATI because trannies have ruined what is a genuinely wholesome and relaxing game with their usual brand of retardation.

YouTuber Queerlybee has all-but-declared ConcernedApe transphobic because the latest free update didn’t include the option to choose your pronouns. She has alluded to “violent protest” to get this feature added and is not content to just mod the game like a normal person. Looks like she’s deleted the original video though as I can’t find it.

Something of interest, Trump passed laws to allow better reform of prisoners, and it sounds like it was target towards veterans with issues that got jailed, but under Biden, despite excluding chomos, things were twisted to keep the veterans in prison while releasing the worst sex offenders imaginable. This is an interview with a member of a major prison in Florida, discussing how now veterans with minor offenses are being blocked from release while the people who benefit are child rapists.


In the interview, they cover several chomos that were released, all of which that were convicted not for possession of material, but actively going out into the world and raping kids.
