OK, this might be a stupid question, but when did gambling become ok on again Twitch?
It's OK with certain restrictions. You can't show the site address or promote the site, can't display a referral code, can't use any site twitch has blacklisted, etc.
Basically you can gamble, but you can't promote it to your audience, which is why streamers moved over to Kick to do it - so they could make more money by promoting it.

Ok retard lets simulate it. You have $10 and you're going all in and you win, there is now $19.80 in the pot:
1) You cash out. You bet another $10. You lose. You now have $9.80
2) You go for another flip. You lose. You now have $0
I think you've made a small mistake in your logic. Consider it as so, if you bet $10, you will receive $9.80 in profit, taking you to a total of $19.80.

(i) If you were to go for another flip, your stake — the amount you're betting with — is $19.80, and as such your payout would be $39.20. Following this logic, the loss that you might incur is the same as the stake, $19.80.

(ii) if you cash out the $19.80 and then bet it all again — effectively copying the function of (i) — the stake would be the same as (i), as would be the potential payout and loss.

Therefore, scenarios (i) and (ii), are effectively the same.

The simulation you suggest is not equivalent, as in your scenario 1), the stake that the gambler would be betting with is only $10. An easy way to show that they are not equivalent is by looking out at the payout, as in your scenario 1), a win would only net $9.80, whereas a scenario 2) win would net $19.4.

It is worth noting that $19.4 is the equivalent of $9.80*1.98.

Bossman is just mashing the money button like an ape meanwhile Kiwi's are over here crunching the stake to payout of a browser based coinflip.

God I love the internet :story:

The RTP for single-flip and multi-flip is literally identical. If you flip once and cash out and then flip a second time and cash out, or if you flip two in a row, your payout is identical. There is literally no meta to this.

At least with the the Hi/Low card game there was some obfuscation of the mechanics in a way that makes it more of a game and less of a lose-your-money simulator. There's nothing to this. It's just a way to lose money. There's no game.
I was of the same opinion, but after actually manually crunching the numbers like a sperg, it seems like the payout from multi-flip is slightly higher than single-flips. Someone do please correct me if I have made any errors in my calculations, as I am terrible at math.

So this answers the question someone else posed earlier- the subsequent flips within the same game I'm 99.9% sure will not count for the purposes of rakeback or VIP progress as you aren't raking anything at all, it's 'free' coinflips past the first one.

Seeing as the nature of these games is pure entropy /the true degenerates who would flip the coin like 3 times will flip it a 4th time aswell and just keep going till they get felted/ I don't doubt it is extremely profitable for bc.game even without any rake, but it can't be abused forever as they do 'tax' the first flips, it's actually fucking brilliant from them.

You're observation is right, I think the simplest way to explain it is

If you cash out each time (1.98x), you are gambling $10 on the first roll, $19.8 on the second, and $39.204 on the 3rd, so you'll be betting 39.204 to win $77.62392
If you were to make 1, $39.204 coin flip bet, and cash out after 1 win, you would have $77.62392
Betting on 3 independent 50-50 outcomes VERSUS betting triple on 1, 50-50 outcome

If you roll-forward 3 times, your $10 bet is paid out at 7.92x or $79.2
If instead you made 4, $10 coin flip bets, you would have $79.2
If instead you made 1, $40 coin flip bet, you would have $79.2
Betting on a string of 3, 50-50 outcomes VERSUS betting on 4 independent 50-50 outcomes or quadruple on 1, 50-50 outcome

Assuming a limited stack, I think general gambling theory would say to go with the 7.92x route, but common sense would question how much fun there is to derive from betting on literal coinflips.

What is it with gambling addicts and playing the most boring games known to man?
At least Poker is fun
That's because there are at least elements of skill to it and a possibility of actually winning if you are good at it.

Gamboolers are literally just addicted to the gambool. They are literally addicted to losing.

not sure about others but when it comes to Bossman the faster the better, its why he spends so much time on originals
especially if hes on crack, which is most the time
if it makes him go 'YES NO YES NO" very quickly then it will be appealing to him, even if its just a coin turning silver or gold, its the speed he can bet at that draws him in

Such example was of Lossmanjack himself. He himself really was rotten to be addicted to goombling so he tends to beg rats to give him paypig bucks to gambool like a retard until he loses it all and go suibaiting on Discord. More money, more :lossmanjack: moments; which makes him very unique amongst those gambling streamers on Kick.

DAMN DAT LOSS NICE BRO :juice:

Apparently Austin's sponsor got a new gaming license (Link)

WILLEMSTAD, Curacao, April 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- In an important development for the gambling industry, BC.GAME® is thrilled to announce the acquisition of a new gaming license, fully compliant with the cutting-edge Curacao'sNational Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK) regulatory framework. This achievement reaffirms BC.GAME's unwavering commitment to providing a secure and legally compliant gambling environment for its global user base.
Ironically, the CEO of BC game has the same name as the former Owner of Twitter (Jack Dorsey)
Jack Dorsey, the CEO of BC.GAME, said: "We are immensely grateful for Curacao's robust regulatory framework, which has been pivotal in the gambling industry. Obtaining this license is a vital milestone in BC.GAME's ongoing development and our commitment to providing a trustworthy and secure gambling experience.
The introduction of the LOK legislation, designed to replace the previous National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (NOOGH) framework, has set a new precedent in the gamblinglicense domain. Under the NOOGH regime, BC.GAME operated under a sub-license issued by Curacao Interactive Licensing NV (CIL). The new LOK framework, however, brings about significant changes, including the discontinuation of new sub-license issuance and stringent requirements for existing licensees seeking renewal.

Curacao was one of the pioneering nations in establishing regulations for gaming activities. Consequently, this small Caribbean island nation has become a hub for gaming businesses worldwide aiming to adhere to the country's comprehensive gaming legal framework. BC.GAME has set up a local office to ensure compliance with regulations and to offer support to fulfill the requirements of the local gaming ecosystem.
Acquisition of the license, specifically designed for LOK services, coincides with BC.GAME's efforts to enhance user trust, forge new partnerships, and broaden the accessibility of its comprehensive gaming services. Obtaining licenses and ensuring compliance are crucial steps in solidifying BC.GAME's position as a dependable and well-regulated global online gaming platform.

Through this new license, BC.Game has seven years of experience in the online gaming sector, creating various popular and original games. "Curacao is an essential first step in our broader global strategy. As we continue to accelerate our expansion, expect more exciting developments and good news in the near future." said Jack Dorsey.
