Plausible. Trump won't be able to cash in though, unless he manages to get in, and Trump won't be allowed to get in unless he shows that he's willing to play ball on Ukraine. It seems tactically sound, even if I don't like it. Whatever votes Trump loses will be more than made up for by the war machine not viewing him as an existential threat.

More waffling over time, and if x party likes it then x supporters like it and vice versa. It's like Obama and Hillary saying marriage is man/woman only, then a few years later, they totally swap on it, and their supporters swap with it.
Opportunisms and hypocrisy are all American politics have been for a long time. It's sad. if Trump supported Ukraine, then all the left and detractors would be supporting Russia within a week.

I see Biden's DOJ being exposed by Judge Canon as deliberately engineering a "bill of attainder" in the florida "classified docs" case.
Trump is being vindicated, and the enemies of him, and of America, are dropping their mask with this latest set of votes.
This is a bad week for the GOP house.
They may never recover and are likely to lose in November.

I want legitimate exchange, not coordinated talking points dumped into this forum on behest of a superpac.
These talking points are manufactured, and nobody cares aside from a vocal usual suspect brigade of "influencers" who consider the GOP base deplorable.
I know where they originate and am insulted when presented with them.
I know the difference between legitimate mistakes Trump has made and highly-coordinated, highly-dishonest pushes by people who hate me and 75 million voters.
For the record: If I were forced to sit through a show trial by a robed tyrant, i'd sleep and fart in his presence, and do anything else I could conceivably get away with to add calliope music to the circus.

The old guard GOP who have now been "coalitioned' with Jeffries knows they've very publicly betrayed their voters, and now are scrambling desperately to offload the blame.
I don't believe they'll be successful.
Seeing these talking points circulate viscerally pisses me off.
