The thing about puppets is that they quickly wear out their welcome. Less is usually more. Cider (Zerk) kind of knew that and stopped doing it at the right time.

I dunno if I agree he should have stopped doing it altogether but, to his credit, he paced himself with it. It wasn't an all the time thing. Which is probably why it worked.

The biggest problem with TC was... ironically enough... Testefy himself. He would run shit into the ground long after it ceased being funny. Like the Admiral Doom crap. Whereas some the supporting cast could be downright talented at times. The voice work Cider did on the show was pretty good. Yonofui also put together some pretty funny videos.

TC was probably "peak slums."

I think it also helped that, despite being associated with CG, TC really didn't discuss CG all that much.

That was the point I was trying to make earlier, anyways. I think, depending on the circumstances, Anna has a better chance of being considered "best girl" with CG than she does on FNT or Simpcast.

That's my theory as to why she might want to stick it out with CG anyways.

Witten got married, had a kid that she kept (maybe not in that order but still) and then got off the internet best I can tell. That's more of a redemption arc than any of the e-whores you guys are discussing.

It's been my understanding that Anna has always been the weakest link on Simpcast. Like she is constantly in danger of being forced off the second somebody prettier and smarter comes along. Anna is a mid and dumb. At most, they seem to tolerate her.

Chrissie, Anna, and Venti seem pretty close. So I doubt Chrissie will dump Anna. Probably doesn't even need to. I haven't watched any episodes in a while so it may be different now. But if she did come on it'd usually be sometime after the show started and then leave sometime before it ended. Similar to YellowFlash I guess. She's practically a seat filler at this point.

Sorry/not sorry, I had to take a few breaks and work on a Super Bowl, get a Emmy nomination for the National championship, art direct for LIV Golf, and storyboard several ad campaigns for Epic games/ Fortnite. While the Kings cry about being cancelled, I still have a thriving career outside of CG.
