Has he always been this twitchy? I know he stims a lot and bobbles his leg, but it seems like he's gotten more twitchy over the last year or so.

It's not just you, he has gotten worse. I've also noticed a new rare twitch that only occurs when he's really agitated, where he blinks with only one eye.

Is Phil even registered to Vote in Washington?

It should be public record.

King County seems to be retarded and require voter information like DOB and address instead of just name like most states, but you could theoretically get his voter registration info, its all public information.

Edit: nothing pulls up for Phillip Burnell, 04/06/1982 on King County's voter info page. So it's likely he never registered to Vote there, unless I fucked something up.

If Phil's going to get into 'politics' him not even being registered to Vote is pretty funny.

Phil last registered to vote in CT, either before he moved into the CTKhando or left for the WAKhando, as a Republican. I can imagine daddy Dave getting his loser son to vote Red just like Papa Dave does but since Phail hates voting and thinks he's above it he probably either handed in an invalid ballot, just obeyed his dad on who to vote or went for the ultimate Phil move and wrote himself in. He has also proudly stated that he hasn't voted since he moved from CT.

I don't think it's that unusual he hasn't been called up or even if he has that he may not have even had to go in. I've only been called once in ten years in my city and I didn't even have to go in since my group wasn't needed for that day.

I am imagining Phil deliberating on a jury now and just causing a mistrial for biting his nails anytime he looks at a black defendant/witness.

Any P2P service knows the IP's for both parties, LOL, he knows absolutely nothing.

He thinks console games are the exception, LOL, that's why he is so smart playing on consoles.

Console gaming makes no difference, you can use a packet sniffer to know the IP your console is connecting to, it's just that no one cares to do it and he plays so little online mp games the chance that he plays with someone with the know how and will to do it is slim.

I'm guessing he's paying for a static IP too, cause, you know, he's a mature adult with a mature adult business internet connection, that might be why he is so paranoid.

I really don't see the point of doxxing PlanetJeff (presumed to be 1MM). And I don't mean it as a moralfag comment, I really don't see the point. It's not like it revealed he's a weirdo like Derich, or a retard like Jaydee, he is boringly normal. I mean, if I found him out, I wouldn't see any reason to release his information.
That Being Said, my point is that I feel like Phil will try to retcon 1MM's absence as "the trolls doxxed him guys, that's why he doesn't come anymore now tip me because I'm down liTurally thousands of dollars!!" and miss the months of shitting on Baldur's Gate and his opinions on it, his demeaning tone in his messages and overall the years of taking him for granted. Not that he won't try to make himself a victim anyway or that 1MM won't simply use a variety of sucks as they always do but still.

(I also like that there IS a public humiliation factor. Call me a sap, but it gives me just a tad bit of faith in humanity, that nobody proudly admits to giving money to DSP. I'd say I can't believe Phil backed out of playing Fightcade matches, but I'd be lying.

1. I find it ironic that someone who was able to see people's IP addresses during his old streams suddenly is concerned about people seeing his IP. So I guess it was only okay when Phil could do it. Rules for thee (Ree!) but not for me.
   
   
2. There have been no problems with IP leaks with FC2. And even if there were, you can literally just mask your IP with a VPN. Do that, and the problem's solved. You don't need friend lobbies at all. You can still play randoms without fear of having your IP leaked.

But not only is he using this as an excuse to back out of Fightcade entirely, he now states that he was right all along for not playing it while pushing the onus on the fans who wanted to see him play FC2. What a greedy turbofaggot. Phil just doesn't want to stack more L's than a game of Tetris and doesn't want to be exposed as a scrub. Fucking unreal. Shit like this makes me glad that he ran from the East Coast FGC with his pigtail between his legs, because the last thing I want is Phil to represent my neck of the woods.
