Okay, so I need some clarity. Was Piskor grooming a 17 year old girl?

Her story was that during Covid, she liked something of his on instagram and he reached back out to her in response. He then called her a cute girl and invited her out to where he lived to go to lunch and meet other cartoonists he knew. He called her "good girl" and "naughty girl" in responses. He asked her if she was a snitch in one message.

He never outright crossed any lines, but there things to raise suspiction if he might have eventually done so or what his intentions were.

She on the other hand jumped into this saying things that were rather extreme. She said he was a "fucking creep he likes little high school girls". Always talking about "girls" rather than just herself. She talked on and on how there was "nothing normal" about the interaction and how he was gassing her up and how everything he was doing was so obviously wrong. And yet she went on talking to him for a long while.

His behavior wasn't good, but her account of what happened and how she spun it was suggested something way worse than what actually happened.

Even worse in my opinion were statements from her about how her then-"boyfriend" was encouraging her to interact with Ed. What happened is obviously his fault too according to her because men.

Its impossible to know the truth because it was all hypotethical grooming if it was grooming.

Piskor did about ten stupid things in what happened. But the reaction to what he did was completely over the top and hysterical. He needed shame and ridicule. But he got the full enemy of the people treatment. Him killing himself over it was also stupid.

I have to ask, is he just a lefty like Warren Ellis that was also kindof a sex pest and got caught?

Warren Ellis IMO was a different situation. He had a whole fan community of crazy women throwing themselves at him. Many of them were angry because they somehow got the impression that they were his one and only true love & relationship. Many of them were also angry because they were all aspiring creators who knew that they were on the path to comics greatness. And when they failed to become stars, they drew the obvious conclusion that it was all his fault and that he had taken advantage of them.

I have no respect for the sort of sleazy fan community that Warren Ellis used to run. But at the same time, I could never take seriously the idea that any of the women involved were fragile flowers taken advantage of. Most of them also seemed upset that (1) he didn't make them famous and (2) he didn't make them queen bee in his fan community.

His problem was that mixed his work with his interactions with these women. A groupie is a groupie. Never mentor a groupie.

He claims in his suicide note no, but the issue is that the conversations between them were sexually charged at points. Ed also admitted that the optics on how they talked looked really bad.

If you want the full rundown, you can probably start here. The thread got featured, which means tons of retards came and shit all over the place.

The TLDR is:

21 year old sad girl cartoonist goes on IG and says Piskor said weird shit to her when she was "17 turning 18". Accuses him of "liking little high school girls" and allows numerous comic news outlets to run with that before deleting her story. Screenshots show him saying tame, awkward, corny stuff, but nothing really overtly sexual.

A second woman comes forward stating that Piskor once offered to give her his agent's number in exchange for a blowjob. She does not say whether she obliged him and does not say this offer was extended more than once. In his suicide note Piskor denied the blowjob incident but did say that he had sex with her twice and she initiated both times. Piskor seemed most upset at this allegation as he felt he and the second woman were friends that fucked around a couple times and then drifted apart. He also blames her fully for the aftermath as her accusation took things into "multiple women" territory and sealed his professional fate.

A third woman (being a weird wannabe e-thot titty streamer who slobbers all over comic industry people) said Piskor once asked to draw her nude figure and that he would introduce her to "industry folk" in exchange. Piskor did not deny this and said he likes to draw tits, basically clowning her accusation on the way out the door.

After that, Jim Rugg announces publicly that he has severed his professional ties to Piskor, apparently without even talking to him about the situation before he made his statement, which understandably hurt Ed's feelings. This is on top of the usual cancel pigs and whisper network comics pros calling him a pedophile and demanding his scalp.

The initial accuser also took to IG to backpedal her story, saying that Piskor never said anything sexual to her, never asked her for nudes, never sent her dick pics, or anything else that would conclusively fuck him over and out him as a predator. She merely said that she "felt like he was trying to groom" her. She also kept talking to him until right before she publicly leveled her accusation against him. But by this point the damage was done. Piskor said he drew up a will the Monday following her first post.

Warren Ellis did come up in the conversation but the accusations against him were far more "serious" even though they're also laughable and entirely based on consensual contact, which is apparently enough to be accused of "grooming" grown women.

The only reason why Piskor was even relevant to this thread is because Ethan and CG threw shade on him and called him a sex pest when the accusations came out, and then when Piskor offed himself, Ethan decided to memory hole all that and shamelessly switch to a narrative where Piskor was fatally cancelled by the left, and how CG valiantly fights against the left, oh and... by the way... please buy Cyberfrog... ya know, to fight the left.

Frankly, I think Piskor was a dumbass for talking a 17 year old like he did, but I actually find the way CG used his corpse way more offensive somehow.

None taken in my case. Its a fact. True guys like Prime and I back projects, but we're not whales by any stretch. Nor do we sell any thing of note. Ethan is at a minor/negligible loss at most with guys like us exiting.

AlazmaNt on the other hand is a collector and a minor creator. Losing him means losing a whale/dolphin and a small creator. Though I sincerely doubt that matters to the Kings.

Mexican Ironman is involved in high finance corporate business client stuff (i.e., he has a real education and an important day job, is not just an e-grifter). He's mainly allied with the Midnight's Edge and Valiant Renegade/WDW Pro crews, but he's also friendly with the FNT/G+G crowd. He's mainly a behind-the-scenes contributor, but is known to hop on to peoples' streams from time to time.

He's basically Switzerland when it comes to YouTubers, meaning he has tried to be a friend to all (including the now radioactive Doomcock). For him to come out against EVS really means EVS is turning off even the most tolerant people.
