It feels wierd qualifying this, but as far as the released screenshots go, there is no evidence that he outright was trying to hit her up for sex. All we have is assumption of motivation. You're free to determine if you think that was his motive. I can't say you're wrong if you think so, i just don't see any evidence to suggest it. And again, FWIW, age of consent in PA is 16 (not that I am for a 30 year old man hitting up a 16 year old, or anyone younger than 20 for that matter.)

The other girl, Molly Wright, who also threw accusations, was clearly older at the time of their interactions, and she had consensual sex with him, so her accounts was more of a nothing burger. yeah, Ed may have been a pervert, but nothing presented forth that suggests a wood chipper was needed.

Nothing Ed Piskor did was illegal or even really immoral. He said some mildly suggestive shit that could also have been taken kind of innocently if you don't really get social cues in conversations that happen over text and I give Piskor credit for admitting it was, at the very least, a bad look.
As I said in the discussion, I'm highly inclined to believe Molly Dwyer showed everyone the absolute "worst" stuff from her four year communication with him and if that's legitimately the case, then it solidifies my opinion that she did this for a dopamine hit from internet attention and to purposely harm Ed Piskor's career.

Kelsey was the "K" in JACK Show. He was drummed out of comicsgate a while ago and by extension thrown out of the JACK show. He was said after to have committed horrible crimes like not appreciating Anna's paid-for-by-simps wedding enough.

Months ago I really wondered if Malin would be so willing to bitch out to Ethan that he would burn his own JACK show to the ground to please him.

At this point, Kelsey is gone, Cecil is on his way out, if Anna doesn't break with FNT she will soon be out.

And all so that comicsgate can have an even smaller audience spending less money so that Ethan can do a gay puppet show every night.

Meyer's thing was petitioned to be featured, but no dice. IIRC, there was an issue who where some retard, I think it was the person initially found the images and footage, submitted it to happenings, but provided no context as to what people were looking at, and Null got angry.

Molly Dwyer said she was "17 turned 18" when they were talking, meaning they had more than one conversation., Plus, if you look at the screenshots she posted, she reacted to his comments with hearts. She engaged him in conversation.

1) Yes. After seeing some of her art, he asked if she was 17 or 18 and said that he was going to be upset if she said 17 because her work was better than his at that age.
2) No. It was no more illegal than talking to anyone else on the internet. There was no sex talk, no nudes, nothing. Even if Ed Piskor had fucked her, there was no law being broken, even if we find it awful or creepy or whatever else.

CG was fine jumping on the "Piskor is a pedo" bandwagon when they believed that he was complicit in or approved of other creators getting canceled. From what I can tell, Piskor was probably a northeastern Yankee who voted Democrat, like almost everyone in PA these days. I know he hated EVS and CG and he probably thought they were racist chuds who didn't have any place in the industry. That's why CG and Ethan thought it was fair to pile on him.

According to his sucide note, the "naughty girl" comment was a response to her confessing some sort of minor infraction she'd committed.
It was stupid and corny sounding and can be interpreted as mildly suggestive but it's also not "Let me rearrange those teenage guts".

I'm not sure Dwyer specified how old she was when each of these statements were made by him, but if we're going by the fact that she was months away from being 18 when they started communicating and they maintained contact for 4 years (right up until she put him on blast), it's very safe to assume that the overwhelming majority of conversations between them happened when she was unequivocally an adult.

The AoC in PA is 16. They both live in PA. On the other hand, the feds treat adulthood as 18 for the purposes of Internet communications. That said, I don't know what federal statute(s) Ed may have violated based upon what I've seen. He would be utterly fucked if he solicited nudes from her over the Internet, but there's no indication he did.

In the end, I don't think Piskor was in any danger of being criminally charged with anything. I think the issue is that it's oft putting to a lot of people for a man of his age to be calling a 17 year old a "naughty girl," or for him to suggest he come stay at his house. In his suicide note, he seems to concede this point. That the optics look bad there. That he was stupid for talking to her.

His vehement denials come with respect to the other two (adult) women. He claims his interactions with them was entirely consensual.

I think Ed probably thought his life was over because the crowd he runs with takes #metoo very seriously, and that he was now doomed to be a pariah. It's a thing that definitely happens.

CG is correct that the left cancelled Piskor. What they conveniently leave out is that they were dogpiling him too until after he died, and then switched focus to what the left did to draw attention to themselves and how they crusade against the left. It's utterly scummy in my book.
