@Null You may want to invest in or program a cough button, which is a commonly used thing for sports broadcasters. It's basically just a mute button that only applies while you hold it, it lets you just sit there with your hand resting on a button that you can press when you need to cough or sneeze while not risking you muting yourself as you're known to do because the mic comes right back on when you release it. Less cumbersome than fully muting and unmuting all the time imo.
