Then you run into the problem of having to transfer all the data from everything associated with the old e-mail address to the new one, which is also a massive pain in the ass. The best solution is to use an alias so the e-mail stays the same but if someone e-mails the newname@whatever e-mail address, it forwards the email to the old one. But everywhere I've worked rarely enables aliases because people don't understand what they are and will try to log into things with the alias and freak out when it doesn't work. And it doesn't help that IT departments are flooded with pajeets these days that do most things in the most difficult, tedious way possible.

This story is bullshit, there's no way tranny jannies would suspend someone for reporting anything that even implies that trannies are crazy. In the exceptionally rare case that it's true... nature is healing.

I can believe it. He's saying he reported racist, homophobic and transphobic comments while lurking and his reports were "somewhat frequent". So probably he read through comments and when he spotted wrongthink he'd go through a user profile and mass report other wrongthing content.
Reporting comments or posts on reddit flags it to the moderators of that subreddit, and if he was paging through someone's profile who posted a lot in one of the less trans friendly subreddits, the mods of that subreddit would have gotten dozens of reports for comments made months prior, on things he personally judged transphobic and hateful ("trans women shouldn't compete in women's sports because they're biological males") and they'd have gone to the admins over that.
Reddit does specifically have a policy about that.
