It is fully off the rails.

Kurt did get a point in on Nick for not bothering to show up for court.

They are finally on the topic, but I don't have much hope that he won't go back to his comedy routine in 5 minutes.

If that really happened, Nick missed a fucking lay-up of a case to win. He could have won it and told the whole world. Then again he squanders his opportunities like the highest tiered niggers.
It's difficult to say if Aaron telling the truth. The police reports we have say April is the "RO" of the vehicle, which suggests they ran the plates, and stuff. He also changed his story to that from yesterday's "oh, we paid that ticket" (pro tip: you're gonna, and then some).

But yeah, if the paperwork was as fucked up as Aaron claims, I would imagine the judge would have to toss the case, no?

I don't know if Aaron fully appreciates that that story... true or not... makes Nick look even worse.

Denny's was great when they had the shitty cappuccino; but they don't even have that now. They've lost their way.

Now, what the fuck is Balldo going on about? This is a routine, isn't it? Being absurd doesn't mean you've absurdist humour. Something, something, social ques.
Edit: He's going on about Dairy Queen now...and like @prolapsed_cranium said, he's bombing.

As Kurt is speaking, Balldo is chatting in chyat.

Booze and uppers have really messed up whatever comedic timing he had in the past. The aggro cross-examination of Kurt about whether he's gone to Denny's lately and received his order is bizarre. Where's the joke Nick?

"Cops don't know what they've ordered!" (smug whiskey-soaked smile)
(several moments later)
"I just hate Denny's."

Uh okay Nick. His fever probably lets him hallucinate an 80s laugh track whenever he delivers one of these zingers. He's moving so fast us mere mortals can't comprehend his comedy.

I drank forty cups of coffee, boofed some NoDoze and slapped on six nicotine patches and I'm still having trouble following Nick. Probably those dang social cues again.

Reminiscent of these classic silly moments from their time at the swinger resort Hedonism II during interracial cuck week in 2022
Ita been only two years? How much difference there is now compared to then . Damn . Every time i go in this thread to read things seem to get worse and rekieta even more worse looking. Things are looking desperate bros.

Did you record these at 1.5x speed or something? Nick is talking so damn fast that I'm surprised the tiny little breaths he takes can sustain his rambling non-sequitur that falls flat on its face because it relies on his audience to have had the exact same Denny's experience as him.

Also, I love that by the end of his having to explain "It's like a cop at a Denny's, he just doesn't know if he ordered the right thing," to Kurt he basically admits that what he really meant was "anybody at a Denny's" but he threw "a cop" in there because it was funnier to him.

I'd tell Nick not to quit his day job for the comedy routine, but his day job is spiraling a drain and the day job he left for this one is across some thoroughly burned bridges.

Saying this because it’s bothered me for hours: Nick claiming to have thrownu up this or yesterday morning, and expressing fear/concern about this new AIDS symptom, but then quaffing megabooze today is late stage alkie shit OR evidence of his pathological lying problem.

Both options are HORRIBLE.

Agreed, there is no sympathy for this mystery illness because he appears on stream talking a mile a minute, totally fine in between bouts of it, then calls off on death‘s door again, and expects his audience to be worried and accept this as a valid excuse for not turning up.

Either get proper help if you are this deathly sick, or explain why you are able to show up on the in between days, drinking copious amounts of booze, giddy and speaking so fast it’s as if the clips we see are on x1.5 speed.
You can’t have it both ways.

So basically confirmed that he is literally too drunk to function even as a non-practicing lawyer handling a single speeding ticket as the entirety of his caseload, as he showed up, claimed "sick," but didn't even call in sick on a Zoom call, then showed up to stream as a twitching, shaking ghoul looking like hammered shit to slobber and babble like a retard while drinking like a fish later the very same day.
He also called 2:15pm in the afternoon a "morning".
Literal cretin.

Was this already checked off the Bingo card? Does it need a double stamp?
Yeah, it was checked the moment he started shilling quack health products. These types love targeting right leaning types because they're basically believe in what amounts to Cambodian Voodoo Medicine.

Plus he guaranteed she also has to pay court costs. Great representation! She is literally worse off than getting bonus costs thanks to having an absolute loser as a no-show "lawyer." Good jerb, Nickhole.
If I'm reading this right, she was a first time offender and the ticket was less than $150.
I know we joked about Balldo getting both of them the shooting squad, but this is honestly as close as it gets. Now she not only has to pay that $140 or whatever, there's also court fees and a record. Imagine explaining this to a future employer, not that she can get a job anywhere.

>So you have a record?
>Yes, for a speeding ticket. It went to court.
>?
>My lawyer was busy fluffing bulls and arranging his balldo, he didn't show up in a zoom meeting.
>Nathaniel (manager) has left the call

He did better on rumble than he did on YT ( $50 ). Muted user was spam. Nothing interesting in rants.

Nick said 2 things, the boyfriends andthis:

I am amazed Nick somehow creates a situation where he gets less money with guests on. The point of guests is to drive discussion a thus encourage viewer participation. It's not like when a vtuber does a colab stream and says not to send superchats.
Not only is Nick a pariah in the law community... he's gotten to the absolute finish line where he's a pariah in all facets of the internet community --- politics, comics, comedy, intellect, religion, shall I continue?

I had a shower thought the other day about all of the people who first came on the internet scene around the time of the Depp/Heard Trial and appeared rather quickly on Rekieta's show... and those who hooked onto Rekieta and those who didn't... those who failed... and those who didn't.

TLDR: The ones who DROPPED Nick like a bad habit succeeded and are pretty much YouTube Viral Lawyers -- and the funniest part is that they did exactly what he did (stream trials) but better. The YouTube lawyers who didn't drop Nick... I'm sorry... who?!

An Uncivil Discussion on Matters Civil, Criminal, and Constitutional - with Uncivil Law
  • cleaned up for the guest; whiskey in hand
  • Nick anecdote about a guy trying to sell him acid; Kurt:"You look more like a cocaine or meth guy."
  • Nick motormouthes through a comedy bit about sandwiches; Kurt:"...Okay"
  • Segueing to law talk; Nick tries a joke about inadequate counsel; Kurt:"I like when my attorney actually shows up to court, Nick."
  • about 17 minutes in and it's time for the second whiskey; Trump talk
  • Nick lasts less than ten minutes before he tries to derail with random access humor; Kurt sandbags him
  • Nick is relentless and doesn't even have the excuse of being fucked up, this is deliberate; he keeps a food theme going

  • eventually back to Trump talk
  • Lame attempt to make Kurt say something racist; even more pathetic because it's clearly prepared material (1h6m)
  • First amendment and obscenity talk; Nick is weirdly insistent that child porn doesn't appeal to a prurient interest; he wants to distinguish between sexual and "perverse" interest; "there's no amount of literary contribution that makes the rape of a child acceptable" [That's because it's rape, dumbass]
  • finally Rumble transition and "quick" bathroom break that lasts 20 minutes (1h16m)
  • Nick talks about his health; Kurt the autist perceives a social cue:"Your hair looks good and your skin looks good."
  • Nick had "high metabolism" until he turned 33; thinness is overvalued in American society; Nick knows he's too thin; sounds ready for his HAES arc:"normative construct of our social perception of weight"; Kurt is bored
  • back to law talk (1h45m); Nick participates reasonably well
  • Kurt logs off at 2h18m
  • The Wellness Company not-ad
  • someone's at the door:"WHAT? It's 1:44 in the morning ohmygod, OHMYGOD!"
  • superchats; Nick has been up since 8:30AM; "All I see on my Locals is a bunch of Asian vaginas covered in very thin underwear"; tramp stamps; Dick will be on the show "soon enough"; tattoo talk, people overestimate how much they will care about a bad tattoo in the future
  • Reads Trump article; third glass of whiskey
  • "Look, I hope you guys enjoyed the show tonight... I went a little overboard in the beginning with Kurt because I missed him... Kurt is so special..."; mumbling and swaying

Different accounts, the one in chat is only a couple months old.
I noticed that, but message content makes it unlikely this is anyone but Mandy: immediately seeks Nick's attention like an old acquaintance continuing a disrupted conversation; talks about the legal aftermath of a car accident; says CGoody knows their identity; wants to dm; hints at living in Texas; says they've been gone for long.
